Great Place

Only complaint about property is if you like to cook bring or buy everything you would need. Only had small pots and pans (nothing big enough for a family of 4). No basic seasonings or spices besides salt and pepper. Nothing for food storage. Only one side of the grill worked. Besides that everything else was great! Was in a great location. Easy to get to beach on bike. Furniture and beds were comfy and clean!

Short weekend getaway

Memorial holiday getaway Friday till Monday we loved the location it was close to everything restaurant, malls, recreation,,golf biking,swimming the stay was very pleasant the house was clean, and beds were very comfortable, i loved that the property is very secure a must stay

Great stay in Palmetto Dunes

Sylvia’s property was great! Very clean and good sized master bedroom as well as bathroom. Plenty of towels for beach and bath as well as cookware in kitchen. Cute back patio. Walking distance to tennis and pickle ball courts. Highly recommend!

Not impressed

We arrived to a filthy fridge, just to have to spend the first few hours cleaning it. Contacted VRBO or owner and got apology only. Plastic cups only to drink from. Not close proximity to beach. We had stayed at 2 other spots at half the price, on the beach. We left halfway through a months stay as we needed to return home . No compensation…. Pictures make it look much better than it is. Very disappointed .

30th Wedding Anniversary Trip

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sylvia’s villa! The Villa was very clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed to cook a few meals. We had no issues with anything. It was just the two of us but there would have been plenty of room for a few more people. The resort was very quiet. We highly recommend this Villa and will absolutely consider rented from Sylvia again!

July Vacation in HIlton Head

We had a great time in Hilton Head! Sylvia was so helpful leading up to the trip and during our time there when something came up. The condo was clean, updated and had all that we needed. Palmetto Dunes is fantastic and the Hilton Head beaches are just beautiful. There is so much to do in the area! Thank you for a wonderful stay and we can’t wait to come back!!

Beach and Golf retreat

We loved staying in this community in Palmetto Dunes. It was close to Shelter Cove restaurants and the beach. We had so much stuff we had to drive to the grill to park but it isn't that far of a walk to the beach. We enjoyed playing golf in Bluffton.

Awesome Palmetto Dunes Property

Really enjoyed our stay here. Super clean, comfy beds, great tv, nice kitchen and bath etc. Communication with Sylvia was great too. Also easy check in and check out. Only things missing were beach chairs/umbrella to borrow for the beach and a nice table w/ umbrella to be able to sit comfortably on the patio. Overall would recommend.

Centrally located with conveniences all around

This property worked out very well for our stay with our 2 children (8 and 6yo). It is spacious and we enjoyed the conveniences to Kroger and beach access. I was pleasantly surprised at how well stock the kitchen was with dishes, utensils, and cups. The master bedroom is very spacious. The decor was nice and feels very homey. We also got to enjoyed the patio area along with the grill. We really enjoyed our stay and would consider this property again. During our stay, we were notified that the water will be shut off due to some maintenance work during our stay. Sylvia notified us almost immediately and we were able to adjust our schedules to ensure we are not there during the maintenance (the maintenance took place elsewhere but it would have impacted our ability to use the water). We thought it was a great location and easy to get around the different parts of HHI. Thank you for having us!

Perfect Family Getaway

Great condo! Great location! Great weekend!

Sylvia has a fantastic updated 2 bedroom condo in Palmetto Dunes. Everything was perfect for a nice long weekend in HHI. The condo is in the back of Queens Grant which is nice and a 2 minute walk to the pool around back. What you seen in the pictures is what you get, completely upgrade and super cozy. Great little enclosed patio with grill and lounge chairs. Couches and bed are super comfortable, Tv and WiFi easy to use with plenty of picture and sound. Appliances and wares are all there so you don’t need to bring much with you. Would definitely stay again and again!

Fun trip to HHI

Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Saw the resident alligator in the pond, easily walked to the beach and was close to bakery and grocery. Just a couple of to-do suggestions, towel bar was missing in bathroom, front hall lights needed replacing, and dishes could probably use replacing. We would likely stay here again on a future trip to HHI.

Perfect for our family of four!

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit! We have vacationed on the island for many years and would definitely rent this property again. The mid island location is ideal, especially if you rent bikes. The beach is an easy ride away as is the General Store, always a favorite with the kids The condo itself was spacious and updated a little more than pictures. The beds were comfortable and plenty of extra towels and blankets were provided. We also loved having an in unit washer and dryer. The owners seem to have thought of everything you would need to enjoy your stay. Owners were very responsive and made sure our stay was as pleasant as possible.

Great Condo near the pool!

The condo is very clean and well decorated. Comes with everything you’d need for a beach vacation. Love the outdoor shower and how close it is to the pool.

Wonderful

We had a wonderful time at this cute villa in Hilton Head! Definitely would recommend anyone to bring their bikes to ride to beach or just check out the beautiful resort. Villa was very clean, quiet, and comfortable.
