Crane Access for Building 2
On or around September 15, 2025 – The Advocet parking lot and Pool Bar Jim’s parking area will be closed for a couple of days to allow crane access for lifting materials to the roof.



With sweeping ocean views, comfortable furnishings, and outstanding resort amenities, don't overlook this lovely condo for your next Hilton Head getaway. Guests will have access to several shared amenities on-site including a pool, hot tub, and a fitness room. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you might need to whip up a quick meal during your stay. There is plenty of space for enjoying meals or a glass of wine with company while soaking in the views!

Located near the southern tip of the island, you'll be close to several restaurants, entertainment options, and popular tourist attractions! Within walking distance, you'll find the beach to lay out on, and in the opposite direction, there are excellent places to sample some delicious food with friends and family!

Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by The Good Neighbor Policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

We found the place as described very clean and in good condition! It felt like we were "at home away from home"! Having traveled to Hilton Head almost twice yearly the past 40 years and staying at different rentals each time, I feel comfortable giving this 5 stars!

Great Location

The property was within walking distance from the beach and many shops and restaurants. There were some issues with the unit itself. The kitchen sink had a leak and clogged easily, the coffee machine was broken, there were no basic cooking supplies like salt and pepper, and the water from the showers was cold after the first night. The property outside the unit was a little old and run down but the pool area and bar was nice. After hours check-in was a little confusing. The intructions weren't super clear and had us running in circles across town to get the check-in packet. Overall a good stay, just could use some maintenance and extra care.

Great location!

We have stayed in different condos at the seacrest for years now. I booked this particular condo during a flash deal and the price was amazing! Condo was clean and roomy but a bit dated. The seacrest resort as a whole was disappointing however. We noticed several things falling apart, the lagoons were drained and filled with old water and dirt, the halls were very dark and unkept as well. When I looked at rebooking this unit for next year I could not justify it with the price increase. I am hopeful the seacrest resort will work on upkeep and units will also update furniture etc or we may end up changing to sea pines in the future. I don’t mind spending good money on a nice place but this year the seacrest resort really seemed to fall short. The best thing however is location to coligny and with small children we were grateful for the short walk!

Nice but uncomfortable

We enjoyed our stay and had everything we needed. However, the beds weren’t comfortable and the furniture was very worn down and also uncomfortable. The dishwasher had mind on it, as did the shower doors. I feel that this could be corrected with attention to detail from the cleaning crew after each stay. The dryer did not dry well; I had to dry my towels on high three full cycles before they were dry. The master bathtub was very clogged and wouldn’t hardly drain, but I called Vacasa and someone fixed the problem within an hour of my call. We did have a great time, but some changes would have to be made to this unit before we considered staying here again. This was our second time staying at SeaCrest and it has become one of our favorite condos to stay at.

Location is all! Oceanfront, playground, dinners

Grounds are amazing! Pools were great (didn’t get to use them much, i don’t believe they were heated) they were about 73 degrees the whole time we were there. Hot tub was kid friendly in the mornings, by noon it is up to 103 and too hot for the kiddos. Pool bar jim’s was amazing, which is attached to the property! They gave our kids little treats while the adults enjoyed a blendy. I can’t speak highly enough of the area of coligny park! Amazing pirate ship playground, meals for anytime, all family friendly! Most with kiddie picnic tables. The hotel is walking distance to a piggly wiggly but i recommend driving to a publix to save $. now for the room… this is the only reason i can’t give 5 stars. It is dated, has stains on furniture and carpet. The pillows are pretty awful so bring your own. Room gets very cool with is nice! Balcony furniture is bulky for the space. But other than just being dated… the room suited our needs and we loved the resort. We will try a different room the next time we come, but we would absolutely come back to seacrest!

Hilton head gem

This beautiful place was right next to the beach and Coligny Plaza so there is so much to do (even on a rainy day). There is also a new park nearby that the kids absolutely loved. The condo had a wonderful amount of space between the bedrooms and the living area/kitchen so TV could be on at night in the living area space without waking up those sleeping in the bedrooms. Customer service was great about responding to any questions we had during the trip. We hope to stay here again every year. Great location in Hilton Head and really made our trip special!

5 Ladies(50’s) loved this place! Pool Bar Jim’s drinks were awesome! Best on the island! REALLY bummed that the Hot Tub was closed for some unknown reason- no reply when questioned. Kitchen well equipped. Vacasa communicated well except for hot tub. Great beach w chair & umbrella service for 2/$40/day. Beds were firm but 90% comfortable. Grocery store across the street. Best places we ate at 5⭐️- Ela’s on the water was amazing. Rock fish - 1⭐️mediocre food and bad service. Jane’s - 3⭐️ Trolley available but never used it. Loved HHI!!!

Destination Wedding

Amenities lacking

Location was perfect - close to Coligny shops and right on the beach ! Amenities were lacking - no beach chairs , no beach towels , no tissues and we ran out of toilet paper , dishwasher and laundry soap . Responses from the management company Vacasa were minimal and didn’t respond until we were there already. Would have packed beach towels if we had known.

Nice location, overall great

This was our first time to Hilton Head and it was great. This location was awesome. The beach on one side (with wonderful shore staff) and Coligny Plaza on the other side with lots of shops and restaurants. We could walk to a lot of things, including places to rent bikes. This particular unit was very spacious and was generally in good shape. There were a couple of things that needed to be updated (dark stain on the ceiling, knob missing off armoire). There were some long hairs in the bathtub and a couple of the dishes were dirty. Other than that, it was really nice. I liked having a washer/dryer in the unit (and they provided a couple of pods for washing machine and dishwasher). We each got two towels and two washcloths. I really liked not having to carry keys (there was a keypad on the doors). This unit was decorated very beautifully. They provided a good selection of dishes and appliances in the kitchen. We were able to cook meals several times during our weeklong stay. There is no staff on location, so be sure to know who to contact if you have issues. We didn't have any. It was pretty much smooth sailing all week. Overall, we would recommend this.

Great Location/ Terrible Communication

Prior to arrival we had received several emails from Vacasa with check-in information with gate code and lock box code and two different addresses for picking up check-in package and stating door code would be sent in check-in email. We went to the first address given for picking up check-in package and were told that unit wasn’t ready for check-in although we had received information through Vacasa app acct that unit was ready for early check-in after 11 am. It was now 3:20pm and check-in is at 4pm. They told us to go ahead to the unit and let them know if it was not ready. We went to the property and had not been told any door code for the bldg so we tried the gate code which by trial and error we found out this code got you in all door accesses on the property but nothing in our instructions told us that. We also had difficulty locating the condo because there was no signage on entrance floor, even property manager told us the first number indicated the floor the unit was on. We went to second floor and that number was not on second floor. We just happened to run into a kind gentleman who helped us figure out where to go. We found the unit and still couldn’t get in because we had no door code. The bldg manager was kind enough to let us in and call the Vacasa office for us. They told him to have me call them. I did and they assured me I had been given the code in an email and I assured them I had not. After several phone calls we finally got a text with the door code and a call to make sure we got it. We had no other problems until checkout. The morning we were to checkout, we received a knock on the door at about 10:05am and it was housekeeping asking if we were checking out. I told her yes and was asked well when are you leaving checkout is at 10am. I told her all my email communication said checkout was at 11am. She said it has always been 10am and it hasn’t changed. I then showed her my email and we got our things and left. I assure you I will never rent this property again as long as it is managed in this way. I have rented through HomeAway numerous times and have never had this kind of problem.

Great place and location

Great place and location. Needed to be cleaned better. Had dirty dishes when we went to use them and shower was a mess as well. Otherwise. Was perfect.
