The bright, updated interior features an open layout with modern design and all the comforts of home. At-home cooking is made easy in the well-appointed full kitchen equipped with a suite of major appliances, including a dishwasher for stress-free cleanup. Meals can be enjoyed at the dining table set for six. After the day's adventures, unwind in the living room with shows and movies on the smart TV. In-home essentials include central AC, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.

Make family memories on the private, fully enclosed patio, furnished with a gas grill, lounge seating, and dining area for comfortable outdoor living.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Nice location....needs updating

We stayed a week for daughters graduation. It is in a great location. Walkable to the beach. The furniture in the living room is uncomfortable and needs updating. The bed in the master bedroom is comfortable and the queen in one of the bedrooms upstairs is good but the other was uncomfortable. They also have a problem with ants in the upstairs bathroom, in the bath tub. The only other issue we had was the patio area has not been cleared out of the leaves since the fall. The furniture was really dirty. It was unusable. The place could be so much nicer. It is definitely in need of some love.

Great location

Great location and very clean. Beds were comfortable. Living room furniture was very low and not comfortable for ladies in their late 60’s. The only thing lacking was no soap in the bathrooms and no hair dryer.

Perfect location, VERY dated

The place has lots of potential and is in a GREAT location, but it looked like NO ONE had been there in months and as if it has been neglected. Light bulbs are all different and some are halogen and some are clear lamp style. Everything has just been allowed to age with zero TLC. This place has amazing potential, but currently is in poor condition. The living area furniture is horrible and the outdoor areas are in such condition with leaves and debris that they cannot be enjoyed at all. Enjoyed the location, but very “let down” with the inside of the home.potential,but currently

Hurricane national emergency

We did not feel safe coming to this property given the hurricane and national state of emergency. We are extremely disheartened that we could not change our date or get a refund given this was a safety concern.

Almost perfect beach stay

The town home itself is beautifully decorated and the location is like a dream. The patio wraps around the living room and master bedroom. It was so nice to be able to open the doors and let the fresh air in. The kitchen had almost everything we needed. The unit has a blender, great set of knives, cutting boards, can opener (this could be updated) and wine/beer bottle opener. We could have used a grater, more suace pans, and a strainer. The walk to the beach is about a 5 to 7 min walk. The pool was nice and convenient to the unit. Cons: The fridge took a full 24hrs to cool once we put or groceries in it. They worned us of this in the booklet. Communication with staff is quick and easy, however, for them to do anything about questions or fix concerns was nonexistent. We found ants daily in the half bathroom and kitchen. The fan in the master was quite dusty. Kitchen sink faucet was quite loose and it took between 5 to 10 mins minutes of letting the water run to recieve hot water.

Location good, management bad

We booked a week-long stay at this home at Beckenham 116 to spend some time with family. The main reason we reserved this home was to accommodate for 4 adults and 2 children. This place is outstanding in that regard. We enjoyed our stay very much. Location is excellent, close to the beach and good to be used as base for further excursions to the rest of the island. Some aspects of the home need attention. Door handles are kind of wonky, pointing in all directions except the horizontal, the kitchen sink was leaking, which we were able to fix ourselves, the main bedroom's toilet kept running, and both day beds had a couple of screws loose, making them less comfortable to sleep on. All of these could be fixed by a handyman with a small toolkit within a couple of hours. However, the most disappointing part of the experience was customer service. Despite two major inconviences (leaking sink and the washing machine not working), the main response from customer service was either (a) silence for several days before answering over e-mail or (b) promising to bring out "local service" over text message. Note that most of the correspondence was a collection of AI-generated apology messages that were generic, not applying to our situation and had no actions or specific follow-ups. In conclusion, the home is great and would be better if a handyman would spend some time there. The Vacasa customer service experience needs more than a handyman.

Hilton Head visit

The location of the unit was fantastic for the wedding event we were there to attend. The beds in the unit were very comfortable and having 2 bedrooms with bathrooms was a great convenience. The patio area was poorly maintained and as it was covered with leaves and debris and unusable. The Air conditioner did not function properly and we had to frequently turn it off and back on to cool the unit. Fortunately the unit has fans in the bedrooms, however the upstairs was uncomfortable at times. It would be helpful if hair dryer was available and a full six’s ironing board. We did not prepare meals in the unit so the kitchen met our needs for coffee daily. The unit is in need of some new comfortable living room furniture
