Step into an open-concept layout with high ceilings and stylish furnishings. The living area features a 49” flat-screen TV, cable, DVD player, and Roku TV—ready for streaming with your own Netflix account.

The bright, airy primary suite includes a king-size bed with a premium mattress, spacious closet, dresser, and Wi-Fi-enabled flat-screen TV.

The second bedroom is perfect for couples, kids, or extended family, featuring a full-size bed, dresser, armoire, and flat-screen TV. A clever nook—formerly a closet—now houses custom-built bunk beds designed for children ages 2–12. Each bunk includes a dimmable reading light, power outlet, and built-in bookshelf with children’s books. (Each bed measures 22` wide by 6` long.)

The fully renovated bathroom features granite countertops, a custom-tiled floor, and a subway tile shower/tub combo.

The kitchen is equipped with brand-new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, cookware, and utensils. A new dryer and front-loading washer are also available for your convenience.

The open dining area seats six and flows seamlessly into the living space. Sliding glass doors lead to a private backyard oasis with sun loungers, a gas grill, high-end turf, and ambient white string lights for relaxing evenings.

Community pools are just a short walk away, and the beach is about a 15-minute stroll (quicker for adults). Located near the second hole fairway, the cottage is also close to the clubhouse. Nearby attractions include Whole Foods, Kroger, Shelter Cove Marina (shops and restaurants), and Shelter Cove Park with its playground and seasonal community events.

From April 1 to September 1, enjoy The Dunes Buggy—Palmetto Dunes’ free, on-call shuttle service that transports you and your gear around the resort, including to and from the beach.

Your stay includes a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, laundry detergent, garbage bags, and toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap). We also provide bath and beach towels, bed linens, a standard coffee maker with filters, plus beach chairs and toys for fun in the sun.
