Pontos positivos: Limpeza, comunicação e precisão do anúncio
Overall, we were happy with our stay. A few things to point out- for those with small children, the stairs are VERY slippery. As an adult I stumbled up a few times due to slickness. The stairs are open underneath so slipping/tripping is very easy to do.
The balcony needs a little love- mostly attention to the ceiling to get rid of several wasp nests.
The master shower will flood onto the floor if you try using the massage/sprayer thing. The regular shower head by itself does not cause any issues.
Check in could be a little smoother- when you drive into the complex you have no idea where your room is at so you just have to pick an entrance and walk around until you find your condo. Otherwise, I did have to call as our initial code wouldn’t work and the staff was responsive and very helpful.
Strengths: the location is perfect!!! We were a short walk to the beach, food and the playground. We hardly ever used the car as walking was very convenient. The location is clean and felt safe.
Pool was clean and taken care of. The local residents were friendly and helpful.
