Great Value!!

Good unit overall. For the price this was a great stay. It is a little dated, but everything worked (except the vacuum). Pretty clean overall, and the location is pretty good.

The house was on the golf course and set back where it is nice and quiet. It was a short bike ride to everywhere we wanted to go. The house was clean, well decorated and had everything we needed when cooking.

Family Vacation

I would definitely recommend staying here. You’re close to everything! You have a beautiful path to the beach to watch the sunrise every morning. There was more than enough room for my family to spread out in the rooms. A big kitchen to cook meals. It was perfect!!

Vacations are always too short

The condo was perfect for the 5 of us...clean, spacious and quiet. Our only "criticism" is that the kitchen knives were in desperate need of sharpening. We would certainly stay here again, as we did not want to leave!

Great location, nice condo, easy process!

This property is larger than it looks in the pics. Absolutely everything we needed for our stay was there - and then some! Fresh linens, cleaning supplies, every kitchen tool imaginable, pots and pans, great appliances (big and small), extraordinary streaming services, fast wifi too! The location was great, although it's about a 15-20 minute walk to the beach not 10 as listed. The pool is very close and pretty big as well. My only minor complaint is that all of the beds were VERY firm. Everyone in my group woke up with backaches because they were so hard, but that is a personal preference. Everything else was perfect and the management company made the check-in/check-out process super simple. They were also in contact to make sure everything was good and gave me a direct number for problems (which we never had to use). I see some reviews mentioning the cleanliness - honestly I don't understand them. Everything was fresh and clean when we arrived. There were some very minor stains on the furniture, but they were obviously things someone had cleaned and just couldn't remove - also they were a natural side effect of having white furniture. Certainly not a reason to forego this property with all of it's other great benefits! I'd book here again without hesitation. :)

Close and convenient!

Our condo was super clean and close to restaurants and the beach access was right outside our door. The beach is roughly about a half mile walk but it's a scenic one. You're right off Highway 278 so restaurants and activities are all within 10 minutes. The grocery stores are within a two minute drive also. Highly recommend this place for a short getaway. Also, very kid friendly with the pool and hot tub.

We loved everything about where we stayed. The kitchen has everything you needed to cook a meal. 10 min walk to the beach was nice. Will definitely stay there again when we come back to Hilton Head.

Fantastic place to stay!

Excellent Location

Excellent location near the local restaurants and shopping. The rental was very clean and a full kitchen!! It was supplied with all the kitchen items we needed to prepare a wonderful dinner. A 5 star stay!!

Great Location

I have never stayed on one of the private gated communities on HHI and this did not disappoint. Our condo was on the second floor and it was easy to access. Very quick walk to the beach and easy to access restaurants, etc outside of the community. Would stay here again.

Great place, needs deep cleaning

The condo was perfect size for our family of 4 and my parents. It is nicely updated with all items you should need in kitchen. It does need a thorough deep cleaning. High traffic areas, counters, and toilets had obviously been cleaned but there were dishes and utensils in kitchen cabinets that were dirty, dusty decor and furniture, stains on white couches, dust under couches. We have a toddler who explored and found all the dirt and dust. We would definitely stay there again but it would be the perfect place after a deep cleaning

Good location. Needs a deep clean. Urine on front porch.

Upon arrival noticed the bedrooms were nice and the kitchen was well stocked but there were some stains on the sofa, wall, and curtains. They were things I would think with a basic clean could be cleaned; a dead bug in the curtain, a streak of brown something running down the eating area wall, and a cup of urine sitting on the front porch. It smelled of urine the whole time we were there even though my husband had to get rid of it 🤢 I contacted the property management company and sent them pictures but never heard anythjng back from them.

Never again!

First off when we arrived they told us to wait until 4 to go to the property because it might still be being cleaned. Once we got there at 4 there was still cleaners in there cleaning the condo. They asked us to come back in about 10 minutes. When we got back to the condo it was still dirty the utensils were dirty, there was noticeable dirt on the floor, there was an old used tool paper roll underneath the furniture in the living room. We couldn't find any bags for the trash can. The washing machine smelled like mildew, when my sister took a shower the door had black mold all over it it grazed her towel and left a black smear on it. The master bathroom was locked up where we couldn't access it. During our two-day stay when we left the property to go to the store we could not get back on because the tags they gave us were expired during our numerous calls no one would ever answer the phone so we went to the management office and they said that they would send the tags to the gate. When we got to the gate they would not let us in because they didn't have the tags and they told us to come back later when the office would bring them down. I went to the office myself and a woman helped me and gave me the necessary tag that we needed but by then we'd already lost nearly two hours of beach time. When we got back to the condo a man randomly walks into the condo saying he was there to fix the internet. My sister explained to him that I might be getting dressed in the back but he continued on where I address him and told him that we had not contacted anyone about internet issues he insisted that he had just talked to us and that we had said we weren't even home. I explained to him no one had called anyone about internet and that he had the wrong condo then he apologized and said they must have given him the wrong unit number. This stay was definitely less than satisfactory and I would choose to look elsewhere in the future and use a different management rental company.
