Being an end unit, this villa presents itself with 2 large patio doors, extra light, and 2 private patios. The enclosed courtyard is the perfect place for your pet to safely roam the outdoors while you sip your cup of coffee or take in the stars.

Want to stay in? The kitchen is updated and well equipped to make cooking easy. Dine at the large counter height table or gather here for snacks, conversation and/or games. Comfortable furnishings provide the perfect place to sit back while you stream your favorite show on the flat screen TV. Board games, movies, cards, cable, and wireless internet are provided for your entertainment.

Want a beach day? Folly Field Beach is a stone’s throw away with restrooms on the boardwalk. Beach chairs, beach cart, boogie boards, sand toys, noodles and umbrellas are provided for your beach enjoyment. Lifeguards are on duty March through September and your furry friend is welcome to join you before 9am or after 5pm during the busy months! Off-season, dogs are welcome anytime. If you don’t like sand in your shoes, relax by the shaded pool. The clubhouse has restrooms and grills you can use.

Ready to recharge? Head upstairs to the three bedrooms with neutral decor. The master bedroom boasts a king bed, dresser, double closets, blackout shades, smart TV for streaming and private bathroom. Bedroom two includes a king size bed, smart TV and oversize closet with organizer. The third bedroom has two twin beds. Bedrooms two and three share a large updated full bath. A full size washer and dryer are located in the upstairs hall for your convenience.
