Enjoy stunning ocean views from this newly redesigned second-floor villa in the heart of Hilton Headā€™s main beach. Located in Seaside, a gated oceanfront complex, this stylish retreat features a plush king bed, modern kitchen with granite counters, sleek flooring, and a spa-like walk-in shower. Relax on the private balcony or take a short stroll to Coligny Plaza and the Tiki Hut for dining, shopping, and live music. The perfect beach getaway! šŸŒŠā˜€ļø

Seaside is a gated-oceanfront complex in the heart of Hilton Head's main beach, but just far enough that the beach is not overcrowded. We are about 2 blocks from Coligny Plaza and Lowcountry Celebration Park.

Property offers: Pool, Beach showers, Sundeck and BBQ/Picnic area onsite. Gated Beach access in the middle of the property.

As longtime Hilton Head locals, we've been owning and renting condos here since 2002. We own several villas in the complex and personally manage a few others, ensuring top-notch hospitality. Living on the island means we're always nearby if you need anythingā€”or just a great restaurant recommendation!

Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. Only 1 parking permit will be issued, don't block anyone in.

My husband and I had a great visit to Hilton Head Island. Kendall was a fantastic host and communication with her was very easy and timely. The place was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the condo had everything we needed. Kendall also had available two beach chairs and a beach umbrella which was much appreciated. The condo is in a great location ā€“ easy access to the beach and a short walk to Coligny Plaza, which has SO many great restaurants, coffee and ice cream shops, a grocery store and more! We enjoyed our stay and hope to be back

Beautiful unit that was directly on the beach. The location was great because it was convenient to retail shops, restaurants, and grocery stores. The bed was super comfortable and had modern decor. Loved the shower after being at the beach all day. Had wonderful stay and will definitely come back.

We usually stay at a hotel,but decided to look on VRBO. So glad I did. The cost of the hotel was the same as the condo, and had many more amenities. The condo was very clean and inviting, the kitchen area was perfect had everything we needed. The beach access was just outside the building, and in the condo were beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels. Short walk to the shopping and resturant area. We parked the car and walked every where. Kendall was great in in touch with us throughout the stay.We will definitly book again the next time we are passing by.Thank you for the best experience.

This condo was perfect for two. My husband and I enjoyed our 4 night stay where the host thought of everything . Kendall was extremely communicative and quick to reply to any questions we had. Beautifully renovated space with everything we needed. I highly recommend late April for fewer crowds and beautiful weather!

Everything was fantastic, got breakfast supplies at the Piggly wiggly down the road and it worked beautifully. I got sunburnt on the beach but it was wonderful to come back to the room to relax and chill. I will be looking to come back anytime I want to hit up the beach. Highly recommend!!

Great location, close to shops, restaurants and the beach. The host was very attentive. We had a great stay. The only thing that surprised me was the pool was not usable because they were replacing all the concrete around the pool.
