Newly furnished 2 BR, 2 BA with Queen Sleeper, comfortably sleeps 6. This unit has a screened in patio with a view of the lagoon and partial view of Port Royal Sound. Flat screens, Wi-Fi and fully equipped kitchen are included for your enjoyment.

Just 100 yards and you're on the water enjoying the magnificent views, walking on the natural beach or enjoying the sunrise/sunset from the pier. Relax on one of the swings or have a cookout on the large, open deck. The wide variety of Water Fowl and Sea Shells will certainly enhance your stay. You can also fish along the shoreline.

The property has 2 outdoor pools and 1 indoor heated pool, which includes a hot tub/spa and workout room. There are also 3 tennis courts for your use. The 24 hour security will make you feel safe and comfortable during your vacation. The Spa does not have an elevator but it's only two flights of steps to the condo.

We really like the location of this condo. It was in the building closest to the beach, so it was not a far walk. Unfortunately, the condo itself and the stairwell up to the third floor needs a lot of repairs. The front bathroom ceiling was chipping away in pretty large pieces, the outlet in the master bathroom didnā€™t work, and the bathtub of the master was very old and yellow. It looks like the cleaning service might just come in and do a simple clean, but it really needs scrubbing on the walls and cabinets. You could see a lot of dried spills. There were also no ceiling fans in the bedrooms, but there was a box fan that we were able to plug in for the master bedroom, but the other bedroom didnā€™t really have any airflow and got a little warm.

We always enjoy our stay at this quiet resort. The unit we had here was the perfect size for me and my two children. It is very close to the beach, which has tons of wildlife and creatures to explore the sunsets are beautiful. Thereā€™s even a bald eagle on the shore. There were plenty of towels, garbage bags, soap for the dishwasher and the washing machine. We all had a great time.

First time visiting Hilton Head. This location was really neat and interesting. Seeing all the wildlife there was amazing. Caught a few fish and just loved being out on the sand bar. My son enjoyed every bit of it. There was even a bald eagle that hung around while we fished. The condo was perfect for us. Everything we needed was right there.

The condo was clean and orderly. Plenty of supplies and well stocked as far as the kitchen and bathrooms and plenty of towels. WiFi and HVAC worked well. Owner was quick to reply to any questions we had. The rental is on the Port Royal Sound which doesn't have a lot of beach area so we drove over to Folly Beach (short drive) to enjoy the ocean.Place is a bit dated and there was one surprise as last minute we were informed of a 25 parking fee which covered the duration of our stay. I think that should be stated in the cost of the rental. It has been in place since the beginning of January per the post at the guard shack.

We just wish we had more time! This is a quiet beach that we have loved visiting for many years, and this condo gave us everything we needed - an easy walk down to the beach or to the indoor or outdoor pools. There is a hot tub and a sauna in the indoor pool building as well. The condo was cozy but our family (four adults and two children) was very comfortable. The screened-in patio overlooks the lagoon and was a gorgeous space to drink coffee and enjoy the peaceful surroundings!

We had a great time staying in this Condo. No issues with the tv at all. Kids loved their room and had just enough space for their toys and tablets. We loved going out on the beach and walking out on the water when the tide was out. This was our sixth visit to Hilton Head Island and one of our best visits yet. The manager helped us anytime we needed it.

The apartment was located in a great area close to the water, shops and restaurants. The apartment however could use some updating if they want to keep attracting guests. We were a family of 6 traveling and while the bedroom beds were comfortable the pull-out mattress on the couch was dingy and had some stains on it making it unappealing to sleep on so my eldest son just had to lay on the couch to sleep instead. The bathrooms could use some updating as well, the bathtubs did not leave us wanting to shower in them. Also finding the apartment number took us for a spin since the buildings arenā€™t labeled and we arrived during the night making it much less visible to see the apartment numbers on the doors and the renter did not communicate which bldg to go too. Perhaps they should consider including a map for future renters to make it easier to find. I was also told weā€™d have to pay for parking. It was 25 for the entire weekend stay- not much but that detail couldā€™ve been included in the rental description so that potential renters are aware of prior to booking. Overall it suited most of our needs.

Great to walk the beach - only 1/2 block away. Indoor hot tub felt good when it was cool outside. Going up 30 steps not fun but good exercise!

We came for a short 2 day getaway. We actually left after 1 day due to the snow and ice coming in. Our visit was short, but we enjoyed our time there. This condo was clean and well appointed. There are a couple things that show its age, but nothing to detract from our visit. It is a 3rd floor unit with no elevator, so if you have mobility issues, you will want to take that into consideration. This is an end unit, so it is next to the stairway which is convenient.

The condo has very comfortable furniture with a kitchen that is stocked with all of the essential plates, silverware, glasses and cooking utensils. The location is fabulous as the beach is not crowded and is much more interesting than most beaches on Hilton Head as it is on the sound and has lots of interesting estuaries within easy walking distance. Lots of sea birds including two bald eagles, as well as sea grasses, oyster beds, rocks and more..

This place has all the comforts of home. It's in a nice area of town. The gate keepers were friendly and helpful. The first day we arrived we had an issue with the TV and the host quickly resolved it. The only thing (like other reviewers mentioned) is the 2 flights of stairs you have to climb, but in all honesty, it's really not that bad. Just think of it as a short work out :D I would highly recommend!!

This was our second stay at the Spa at Port Royal. This was a different unit but the property overall is awesome. We found hermit crabs, horseshoe crabs and even a Bald Eagle on the beach during our stay. Absolutely great! If we had an area we recommend improving it would be the addition of ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Otherwise, a fantastic stay and experience.

Everything was good Margaret was really nice and responsive to anything. We just needed to spend a partial night in the bathroom because of tornado warnings because of hurricane Helene but nothing to do with the stay
