Courtside 61- Updated Flat - Pool View - Free Tennis

Courtside 61 has been completely remodeled in 2021. Tastefully decorated with a coastal chic vibe. The condo is only 1.5 blocks to South Forest Beach and just steps to the pool. This is a ground floor unit with no steps and parking directly in front of the condo. This unit has a keyless entry lock, wireless internet, and flat screen TV's. King in Master Bedroom, Queen and Twin in Guest Bedroom, Sleep Sofa in Living Room.

Fully equipped including full size washer & dryer. The condo is an open end unit with lots of light and perfectly located near the lagoon. There are 2 pools on site for when you want to stay close to home. It is within walking distance to Coligny Plaza's numerous shops, restaurants & grocery store. Take a stroll or short bike ride over for some ice cream after a hot summer day. Close proximity to the new “Lowcountry Celebration Park” that includes the family-friendly "Adventure Playground". When you’re up for a game of tennis, walk over to the world famous Van Der Meer tennis center or take in a round of golf at one of Hilton Head's 25 golf courses. There are so many wonderful activities on Hilton Head Island shopping, restaurants, the Arts, cycling, tennis, golfing, boating, cruises, historic tours. All of which can be conveniently accessed by the local Breeze Trolley, which stops right at Courtside Villas. Park your car and start your adventure.

Summer getaway

Very comfortable villa. Pool outside the villa suddenly out of order the last part of our stay. I heard there was another pool but never checked it out as it was not right outside our patio as this one was. Everything else was as advertised and clean and comfortable.

Well updated condo. We came in December and parking was plentiful and the area was very quiet. Quick access to all you need beach, restaurants, playgrounds and shops. Extremely easy to check in and check out. Thank you for a nice visit.

Beautiful Place. Amazing location

The apartment was great. We stayed with 4 adults, a 3.5 year old, and 5 month old. The place was updated and spacious. Each bedroom had plenty of room and each waslarger than pictured. The location was the best and less than a 10 minute walk from restaurants, the beach and playgrounds. The pool was very clean and our daughter loved swimming in it every day. Would recommend this unit and the Seaside team to anyone looking to visit Hilton Head with their family! We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Perfect Getaway!

Courtside 61 was the perfect getaway for our family of three (including a 2 year old)! Super clean, updated and comfortable. The property is close enough to the beach to walk, has a great pool and is a quick drive to anything on the island. The one little thing we would suggest, is actual blackout curtains in the master bedroom due to the light that comes from the lamp post outside the patio, makes the room fairly bright at night (but we also like it very dark). Otherwise, we have nothing but wonderful things to say about our stay and would gladly stay here again!

We enjoyed 61 Courtside. Updated and comfortable as well as great location to park, restaurants, beach and shopping. The air conditioning was struggling a bit. It seemed like it would freeze up so we would turn off and then when we turned back on it would work for a while. Great stay though!!

Perfect Location & Beautiful Upgraded Condo

The condo was beautiful! You can tell they put so much thought into their recent updates and we thouroughly enjoyed our stay. It was very comfortable, airy and bright. We had a slight issue upon arrival with the floors not being clean, but the managemnet company acted quickly and had someone out to us within an hour to make it right. My family has been coming to HHI on vacation since the early 2000's and this was definitely a memorable trip. Close to the beach, good restaurants, golf, and more. Definitely recommend booking here!

Great Week

The condo was nice and clean when we arrived as it was recently renovated. It is a short 10 minute walk from the beach. The pool area at the condo was nice too. The only recommendation that we would make is to reconsider the check-in process where you had to physically stop at another location not near the condo. We understood that the property was managed by another outfit, but this could have been sent electronically in advance and we could have been notified via text when the property was available to be entered. This was not a dealbreaker for us, but it could have eliminated a step after a longs days drive. Overall a good experience a good week.

Family mini-vacay

Very nice place to stay in. Very quiet and relaxing. Short walking distance to the beach. The place could of been a little cleaner. Bath tubs were bit stained. Bedspread in master bedroom had some kind of stain on it too. I emailed Seashore Vacations and they were very kind of bringing us a blanket and picking up bedspread. Master bedroom had all pillows in the closet when we arrived and bed was weirdly made. I was kinda of iffy at the moment, But I was glad I took sheets and pillows and pillow cases from home. The place is very nice and regardless of those few things I would come back. Thank you Seashore Vacations

Bachelorette Weekend

Party of 3! This was my first ever VRBO experience and it couldn't have been easier. I am so thankful for the cleanliness, the location, the accomodations.. how decorated and cozy the condo was! We were within walking distance to the beach, Coligny plaza.. we had our own private pool and free trolly service! BEST weekend trip ever! Cannot wait to return to courside next summer!!!

Just as advertised, although there was a lot of construction noise while we were there. The property management was quick to act when there was a leak in the building. We had a wonderful time, and enjoyed our comfortable stay.
