Courtside 1 - Forest Beach Ground Floor Spacious Condo

Courtside 1 is a 2 bedroom/2 bath condo all one level with no steps. Courtside 1 has been remodeled with granite counter tops, 3 flat screen TV's located both bedrooms and the living room. You will feel comfortable relaxing in this beach condo. Courtside number one is an end unit that lends to more privacy and light. The condo is a short walk to the beach and also a short walk to Coligny plaza. The master on suite has a king bed and the guest room has 2 double beds. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room. The patio slider opens to a nice grass area and the pool is only steps away.

The place was nice and seemed clean, but we did see a few roaches at night, which is why I gave 4 stars instead of 5. Other than that, everythingwas great, and we enjoyed the location and amenities.

We enjoyed our stay! The property was easily accessible, close to the beach, and clean. Initially, the property manager was responsive via email, but I had to call the emergency line because we never received information about check-in and I had a question about check-out and it wasn't answered via email. The associate on the phone was helpful. Recommendations: Check congruence between what is noted on the refrigerator and in the check-in package (codes, passwords) Put sheets for pull out couch in the linen closet and not under the table in a bag. We didn't find them until we were leaving!

Great place to stay, private Master suite

Perfect location! Only a few blocks walk to the beach, restaurants and shopping! We would recommend getting a beach cart to carry your things to the beach. The pool wasn’t very crowded so it was nice to have it all to ourselves a few times. The condo had everything we needed. The only complaint, there was a family staying above us with small children that liked to “run laps” and “jump” around every morning starting at 5am! We didn’t let that ruin our trip but it was very frustrating when trying to relax and sleep in. Overall we had a great time! We will be back again soon! Loved this condo!

Location was good , walking distance to the beach , shopping and dining. The furniture really needs upgrading- wasn't very comfortable and not the cleanest. The kitchen was set up nicely and very functional. The floors did not appear to have been swept or mopped. The pool on the property is poorly maintained.

Great location and cozy house.

Located close to beach, biking trails, restaurants, kids activities, etc. Big enough for our family. Worth the price I suggest some minor renovations as doors and flooring seem to be worn out and there was rust in the bathroom. Most of the cookware need to be replaced as they seem to have lot of scratches and some knifes have rust.

Beautiful condo

We stayed 6 nights in this condo with our three kids (2 months, 5, 8) it had plenty of space and the kids enjoyed sharing a room! The only downer for us was no ceiling fans

A place to rest your head

The good: It was a relatively short walk to the beach. Fine for my 5 year old to make the hike. The pool is on the smaller side, but was never crowded, so that was enjoyable and there were plenty of lounge chairs out on the pool deck. Nice view of the courtyard out the back sliding glass doors. The meh: This is an older unit with new beds that are hard as a rock. Smelled like a typical old condo when we walked in. Fire alarm in the hallway was hanging from the ceiling like it could fall any second, so who knows if it was functional. Batteries in almost all of the remotes were dead, so had to switch the good ones between remotes to operate the tv, cable and DVD player. We had some fruit flies in the unit when we first came in, so probably left over from prior guests? Lots of noise from the unit above us as far as moving chairs, music, loud talking. So I think the walls/floors are pretty thin. Overall it was a decent place to rest our heads and it functioned as such. It looks much cleaner in the photos but the actual living room furniture and all is pretty worn out. Could use a better thorough cleaning. The floors were filthy. Would not stay in this unit again as there are probably better options out there.

This unit was not very clean upon arrival and compared to other units in complex not worthy of $

Upon arrival broken glass found in living room / both lamps in living room didn’t work- unit not cleaned under any furniture! It was dirty. Cabinets in kitchen musty & smoke detector hanging from ceiling in hall. The cable in the bedrooms didn’t work so TVs not functioning and remotes missing batteries. The back patio was overgrown with foliage / not well maintained. In comparison to other units in this complex it is not well maintained and not worth the amount it is renting for. Very dark & musty.

Great place, wonderful location and nice amenities

We spent a week there at Courtside number one. It was clean, comfy and cute. The condo had everything we needed by or the week and plenty of space for food and drinks. The location is awesome. A short 7 min walk to the beach and it’s close 10 min walk to Coligny Shopping area and Low Country Park which has a new pirate ship playground for the kids that was built in 2020. Awesome place and will stay again!!

This was wonderful!

This was by far the easiest check in and the most convenient property in a great location! It pretty much had everything we needed for a family to enjoy our stay. And I knew I was forgetting things and then would open up a cabinet and there would be some complimentary laundry detergent! I will definitely try to book this same place next summer!!!

Great family vacation!

Super impressed with the communication from the rental company! I had an issue with my payment and it was fixed the same day. I also had a ton of questions which were answered very quickly. The property was exactly how it was described and perfect for our family. Courtside unit 1 was right by the pool and a four minute walk to the beach! My only complaint is there was sand in one of our three beds but we just washed the sheet and went on with our vacation. It was a wonderful stay and I would definitely recommend and return in the future♡

Condo close to coligny beach

Check in process was simple, rental company was easy to get in touch with, condo is really convenient to beach and there is a free shuttle that works off tips that will pick you up from the condo and drive you to the beach, this was great! Bed in master bedroom was not very comfortable and some of the dishes still seemed a bit dirty which was a little bit off putting with covid-19 currently . Other than that we loved our stay!

Memorial Day weekend

The condo itself was great, but if anyone is staying in the unit above you be prepared to hear every move they make. Also they obviously don’t check on who is parked in the lot because we had to park almost a block from our unit due to several cars without tags parked in front of the building. Otherwise it was a great experience and a short walk to the beach.
