The Space:

SEACREST CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: Please be advised that the exterior roof project at Seacrest is scheduled to begin in early September 2025 and will continue in phases until completion, currently expected in late April 2026.



What to Expect:

Scaffolding may create an obstructed view during active phases.

Parking limitations due to construction equipment.

Noise during construction work hours.

Balconies may have limited access during certain phases.



Building 1:

Phase 1 (Courtyard Side): Scheduled for early November 2025 – mid-January 2026

Phase 2 (Street/Parking Lot Side): Scheduled for mid-January – April 2026



Building 2:

One phase scheduled to begin early September 2025 with scaffolding in place until early November 2025



Building 3:

No roof work is scheduled. However, parking limitations and noise may still be expected during the project timeline.

The three additional bedrooms are down a hall on the other side of the condo. The third bedroom has a king bed, sitting area, flat screen TV, small private balcony and a private bath with double vanity and a walk-in shower and closet. The kids' bedroom has two twin bunk beds, a flat screen TV, private bath with a shower and tub combo, double vanity and two walk in closets. The fifth bedroom is across the hall from the bunk bedroom and has a king bed, flat screen TV, private bath with double vanity and a large walk-in shower.



Not only do you experience the utmost elegance and comfort here, but you are also in one of the most sought-after locations on all of Hilton Head Island. SeaCrest is located across the street from Coligny Plaza on North Forest Beach. Coligny Plaza is the original 'downtown' of Hilton Head and features 25 specialty shops, 24 restaurants, a grocery store, liquor store and tons of fun. You won't have to get into your car your entire vacation if you chose not to.



Here you are just steps from the pools and the soft white sands of the beach. Sit and gaze at the stars at night, watching them cast diamond-like twinkles on the water. Jim was a local legend, having been here since the 70's. Getting Around:

Biking is very popular on Hilton Head Island, known for the many award-winning trails. There are recommendations for bike rental companies within your Guest App. You can reserve in advance and they will deliver to you or bring your own! Almost everything you will need is within walking distance, so bring your walking shoes! There are free trolley stops at various locations throughout the island.
