This updated and comfortable villa features a beautiful coastal king bedroom with a private attached ensuite bathroom; in addition, the living room offers a cozy ambiance with a fireplace and queen sofa bed. Cooking will be a joy in the spacious, fully equipped kitchen. Smart TVs, new flooring and furniture, upgraded high-speed Wi-Fi, and HVAC makes this villa a Harbour Town gem.
The Sea Pines Resort trolley has a designated stop in Harbour Town, which will take you to either the Beach Club or South Beach Marina. ( trolley on seasonal schedule)

All guests shall abide by The Good Neighbor Policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Please note E-bikes are not allowed.



Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 3.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
