New Home at 1 Cedar Waxwing in Sea Pines!! Rare Friday to Friday Check in!! Spectacular Brand New Luxury Home in Sea Pines only four rows to the ocean. Luxury Five bedrooms and Five and a half baths with private pool, hot tub, large living room and den. Plenty of room for everyone to relax. Gourmet kitchen fully stocked with everything you will need to prepare gourmet dinners or snacks for the family. Wine rack, BBQ grill, covered patio and sun deck around the pool. Only four cars allowed. Your vacation rental includes bike rentals and beach gear credit with your stay, depending on the length of stay.

Master Bedroom with king size bed and en suite master bath is on the main floor with walk in shower and tub. Two large guest suites with en suite baths are also downstairs. Each guest bedroom down has king size bed. There are two guest bedrooms upstairs with bunk beds and queen beds in each room. The Media room downstairs has plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy movies or sports or play your favorite games on XBOX. The large flat screen TV on the covered patio means you can sit outside watch the kids in the pool and enjoy your favorite game or movie on the big screen. Pool can be heated in spring and fall for $850 per week, weather permitting.

Absolutely beautiful home exquisitely decorated for the beach. Extremely clean, wonderfully prepared for any kitchen need. Thankful for the beach towels. Would love to rent the home again.

Wonderful location and large beautiful home. The pool was the best we've had in HH as it worked well and the heat was on when we arrived and well-managed throughout our stay. Where it needs some improvement: The fixtures and shower heads all need to be replaced. Handles and tp holders were falling off of walls and the shower heads are so blocked with lime they were non-functional. One was actually broken and was just hanging from the ceiling. Overall it was a great house that is clearly turned over often so its just in need of a refresh on heavily used fixtures. The kitchen is also very bare. Minimal glassware, silverware and prep items. If you plan to cook a lot or have a large group plan to bring plates and utensils. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

This is a great house. Conveniently located in Sea Pines but just off the beaten path. The house is very comfortable with space to spread out. My only recommendation would be to beef up the serving dishes in the kitchen. Large house means lots of people and lots of food!

We loved every minute of our stay at this property. Exactly as pictured and exceeded our expectations . Plenty of beds for our family of 10, and there is ample living space so we didn’t trample each other. Our kids enjoyed to pool and hot tub daily, and also made the short (8 min?) walk to the beach as well. The house is immaculate and well stocked with dishes, glasses, cooking utensils and more. We’d love to come back one day!

We enjoyed our stay in 1 Cedar W. In Sea pines.. House was nicely decorated, layout was great for my family. I can’t complain about anything except the air condition didn’t work the first day we got there especially in the master bedroom property management was great and promptly responded. Got repair out the next morning, but I felt like that the master never really cooled as well as the rest of the house. Other than that we had a great time would probably book again.

Great location 1/4 mile walk to the beach. House was clean. The kitchen could have been slightly better equipped and the linens and pillows could have been a bit more comfortable. We had air conditioning issues due to a lightning strike the week before we arrived but the property manager was communicative and available and sent someone out right away to fix as best they could while waiting for a part to fix fully. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay on this property.

Adequate but poorly equipped kitchen. The dos e was perfect for my family. It needs a deep cleaning.. surface clean. The pelican bike service was awful.

Very nice house. Had to spray for mosquitoes around the pool several times. Owner may want to consider a service. Otherwise, we had a great stay. Would consider renting again.

Great communication because we were late due to traffic. There were definitely issues at the house, missing linens, no plate in microwave, grill covered in food with cigar left on grill. Food left in freezer, light going to steps to garage did not work, no pool towels. I had asked are linens and towels provided, response was yes. When i called to ask about pool towels the response was, i can see you will be high maintenance. Absolutely management was responsive but after that comment i didn't even bother with other issues. We had a great time but not the house if you expect about average. Depends on previous experiences, which ours have always been outstanding

Beautiful home with all you need for a family vacation. The home was very clean and so was the pool. The home is as described and located in a quiet neighborhood. Only a short walk to the beach. The management was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

The property is even better than it appears in photographs, it's a top caliber home in Sea Pines. The home is great for families and allows everyone to have space or to congregate. Pool and hot tub are A+. There are no meaningful critiques about the home, it is better than advertised. Robert Young, who manages the property, is an ace. He will ensure any questions you have will be answered. My only call out for people looking to book - bring your onw beach towels, as there aren't any. Superb stay.

The property was awesome primarily because of size and multiple rooms with private bathes. Pool nice as well as spa. Outdoor living space super nice but a little buggy in evenings. Would definitely rent again. Fun evenings with friends around large island in kitchen.

Overall this was a really nice home with ample indoor and outdoor space. We celebrated NYE with our family (adult children) in this home. The outside grill was great, the kitchen and dining areas are nicely designed. We loved that there was a beverage refrigerator/bar area off the kitchen as well. There is a large pantry. The bedrooms and bathrooms were updated and had comfortable beds, nice furniture, and closet space. The sound system and TV’s were great throughout the house. There was even a ping pong table in an area off the garage and an outside changing room with a shower next to the pool. The pool itself and the hot tub are in beautiful shape and have nice lighting. We really enjoyed the pool/hot tub and the outside covered patio was a great space for watching the bowl games. While we enjoyed making our meals in the beautifully appointed kitchen, there are some items that could be added or upgraded to improve things. It would also be nice to have a few more towels, dish soap, hand soap, and to at least supply the first kitchen trash bag for your rental. The outside sectional was in good condition and comfortable, however there were a few chairs and a table in the outside area that need to be replaced and were unusable. Basic pantry items (salt, pepper) would be a good idea. Thank you for allowing us to rent this lovely home. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this home to our family and friends.

We just finished a 4 night stay at this property. The home is new, beautiful and very well stocked. There are TV's everywhere and plenty of room to spread out. It is in a quiet area at the back of Sea Pines, and is a 5 minute or so walk to the beach. The pool is not large, but it was fine for our group. We would definitely stay in this home again!
