Unsafe and Dirty

Check-In: The cleaning crew did not finish their job until 30 minutes after the 4:00 check-in time. Once completed, the access code still would not work and took another 20 minutes of texting with the property manager to resolve the issue.Once inside, there were multiple issues:1-Dining room table: Food and liquid was spilled down several legs of the tables and chairs. Additionally, one of the chair legs was almost completely loose and falling off and I tightened it by hand as best as I could. 2-The mirror in the dining room was barely hanging on by a broken bracket.3-Living room furniture was dirty4-Master bedroom: There were Doritos on the floor in front of the bed, the bed skirt was torn in two different places, there were dirty finger prints on the bedroom door, and the shower had mold and mildew in several places and is confusing to operate. 5-Living room sliding door would not lock as the metal frame is stripped out. There was a wooden dowel rod, but the door is reversed so the rod is irrelevant. 6-Kitchen glasses were greasy and had ping pong balls in the glasses. There was also half used medicine and food in the pantry closet. 7-The ceiling fan over the dining room table was covered in dust.As I'm almost out of space, don't stay here if you value cleanliness, security, and no frustrations. They refuse to issue a refund as they feel it was cleaned and we used the towels before we checked back out the same night. Awful experience and not secure.

Beach Trip

Great place to stay, great rooms, nice bathrooms and nice size kitchen table that our family of 5 was able to sit around comfortably playing games. It is not worth marking off on any ratings, but the absolute only negative is the washer/dryer that we were not fans of. It is an all in one, meaning it starts the dry process after the wash in same compartment it washes in. It is VERY small, could only wash 3 towels at once and spin cycle shook the whole place and was really loud but didn’t last terribly long for spin. But couldn’t imagine what people downstairs think when it does its spin cycle. I hate to be negative about anything with this place but trying to be helpful for others to be prepared that rely on feedback.

Spring Break

Very homey rental! The hot tub and large pool were not operational for part of our trip and the smaller pool was not heated as advertised which was a bummer. Very close to the beach but not really within walking distance of any shops or restaurants. Overall we had a good time despite the cool, rainy weather.
