Chic villa in oceanfront resort! Enjoy all that Hilton Head Island has to offer. Relax in our updated villa with numerous fresh design touches, with convenient access to the beach, beachside restaurant, and pool, all steps from your door.

The Villa:

This comfortable one bedroom, one bath villa with steamer bunks is located on the third floor of the "C" building (elevator provided) in the Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort. This freshly remodeled villa includes a bedroom with queen bed, a pull out sofa, and two "steamer bunks," suitable for children. A Graco Pack 'n Play is available for our younger guests, so feel free to pack a little lighter! The balcony offers a partial ocean view and a sweeping natural marsh view.

A nicely equipped kitchen contains all you need for preparing snacks for a day on the beach or a relaxing dinner in with family. A full-sized kitchen table seats four in the main living space, where you'll also find a large wall-mounted flat screen TV with cable. The unit offers free WiFi. Beach chairs are available for your use - just show up and relax!

The Resort:

The gated Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort offers a large beachfront pool, situated next to a tiki bar and restaurant offering live music, drinks, and beach eats. You'll find ten tennis courts on property, as well as a bike rental operation near the gate. A grilling area adjacent to the "A" building offers charcoal grills and ample seating. A large, nice playground is located on the resort if the kids have any energy left after a day at the beach and pool.

The Location:

Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort is located at Folly Field Beach, which tends to be less crowded than the more touristy areas of the island, and which seems to offer dolphin views on a daily basis. This location is perfect for families with children, couples looking for a romantic get away or those seeking a golf outing. Restaurants and mini-golf are within walking distance. The Coligny Beach and Plaza area is a ten minute car ride, or be adventurous and take advantage of Hilton Head's extensive network of flat, wide bike paths.

This mid-island location ideally positions you to enjoy all that Hilton Head has to offer as well as the wonder of historic Bluffton across the bridge on the mainland, where in addition to Tanger Outlets, you'll find a quaint historic downtown characterized by billowing live oaks draped in spanish moss.
