The beach vibe touches and furnishings throughout will have you feeling like you are at the beach. The spacious living area and very close proximity to the beach and pool make this villa a dream vacation spot! The stunning bright aqua walls, coastal tones, and driftwood style floors throughout will entice you to make this your "go to" villa! There are no high stairs to climb when entering this first floor one level condo.

The open concept villa provides plenty of room for entertaining! Enjoy the relaxing colors of the electric fireplace, Smart TV, a new queen sleeper sofa, a comfy couch, recliner chair, and 2 barstools for morning coffee or watching the "chef of the day" prepare your favorite meal. The door wall off the dining room gives you access to the private large deck with tranquil views of palm, magnolia & oak trees with a view of the golf course. The kitchen features, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, soft close cabinetry, coffee maker, spice-rack, dishes, outdoor grilling tools and is well-stocked for all cooking, grilling & baking needs. 2024 graudation and birthday celerbration

We had a great time as a family just beening together with games,conversation and music. The place was much smaller than it looks, the floors are very uneven through out the house. If one is not careful the uneveneness will make you stumbal and fall. The dishes,pots and pans not clean, The kitchen utensils were very flimsy with dull knives. All cook wear need to be replaced. We killed several cockroaches crowling on the walls. The sliding door is hard to lock. There is a large hole at the bottom of the deck steps with a mat covering it up, you can step in it without knowing its there and end up with a broken ankle to say the less. Also the walk to the beach is much farther then whats stated . Be honest about the distance. You need a beach wagon there for your guess. Thanks July3-10-2024

Wonderful home!

Excellent communication and great personal touches to make our vacation extra special! We appreciated the extra beach towels to use and the closet full of beach chairs/toys were great! The walk to the beach was further than we expected but the beach access parking pass made it a simple trip!

Excellent choice!

The unit was very clean and nicely decorated. Host provided everything you need for the beach, pool and starter items. The large deck was a hit! So. Nice and relaxing to enjoy coffee on the deck. The location is a short walk or bike ride to the pool and beach. Highly recommend. We will return to this unit.

Didnā€™t Want to Leave!

This is a wonderful little condo! Check in was easy through an app and the property was clean and comfortable. The pool was nice and I appreciate this was a gated community. The walk to the beach was more around 10-15 minutes (some reviews said 5). It was not bad but keep in mind you may want to bring a beach cart or wagon with a lot of stuff. Would love to stay here again!!

Perfect family getaway

This was our second time staying in Beachwalk but our first time in this unit. The location is perfect for biking to the beach and shops in Coligny and Shelter Cove. The condo was super clean and well suited for our family of 5. We loved it.

Beachwalk 204 - Mixed Feelings

A good experience overall (location, community amenities), however the bedding looked like it was 30 years old, the heating/cooling system was very noisy, the sliding door and screen were in bad shape and the unit was sold during our stay, which in turn caused the power to be turned off for about 6 hours until frantic calls to the management agency got it back on. Also, the sound deadening was poor - we could hear every footstep from upstairs occupant.

Hilton Head Quick Trip

The condo itself was roomy, clean, and convenient to all we needed. The beach was an easy walk away on a tree-lined path, the pool was clean and empty most of the time we were there, and the Sonesta Resort directly in front of our condo offered wonderful amenities...a superior restaurant and awesome grounds for hanging out. The not so good was the fact that the day we arrived we were unable to get In to the condo as the keyless code was incorrect. It was sooo frustrating after traveling to the resort from 7 hours away. Then the guest bathroom shower did not produce any water so we all had to shower in the master bath. The TVs were a hassle to operate and the one in the master never got to be used as we could only get one channel. The deck was great but there were boxes on the deck with NEW furniture that was not set up for us. The old stuff was fine, though. It was quiet and relaxing and we spent hours on that deck. Did we have a good time???Absolutely...the weather was great and we relaxed in a clean condo with all we needed. Wonderful restaurants in the area and beautiful , natural surroundings. Would we go back ? Definitely to Hilton Head ...might try another condo.
