Our two bedroom, two bath Villa is a first floor unit and a three minute walk to the sandy shores of Hilton Head Island. Our gated resort features numerous amenities: two pools (one of which is the largest beach front pool on the island), 10 lighted tennis courts, fitness center, bike rental, playground, and three restaurants. Your long-past-due beach retreat awaits you the moment you arrive at our two bedroom, two bathroom Villa that is nestled in the Hilton Head Island Beach & Tennis Resort. You’ll be charmed by the coastal decor throughout and the close proximity to the beach, pool, restaurants, etc.

The property features an open floor concept, making this unit ideal for families traveling together. With plush furniture and a large Smart TV, the inviting living room provides the perfect place to gather with your loved ones.

Behind the living area is a dining room table that comfortably seats six. The fully equipped kitchen makes it ideal and convenient for a short or long term stay.

After a fun-filled day on the sandy shores of Hilton Head Island, you’ll be happy to retreat to the cozy master bedroom with a King bed, TV, and full bathroom. The second spacious bedroom features one queen bed and one twin bed and a TV as well.

Be sure to make use of all the amazing community amenities this property has to offer. Take the kids to the playground, go for a swim in the pool or get a quick workout in at the fitness center. There’s no shortage of fun activities at your disposal when you stay at the Hilton Head Island Beach and Tennis Resort.

Guests will have access to our entire Villa as well as all the amenities that the Hilton Head Island Beach and Tennis Resort has to offer.

Our mid Island resort is perfectly situated so our guests can easily enjoy all that Hilton Head Island has to offer. Our resort is ocean front with all the amenities you could possible want, while providing a peaceful and relaxed retreat.

Our mid Island location is ideal for getting around and experiencing all the wonders of Hilton Head Island. There is plenty of parking right next to our Villa. There is also a bike rental shop right within our resort.

The Hilton Head Island Airport is just 3 miles from our resort, while the Savannah, GA Airport is only 44 miles from our resort.

There are plenty of Uber drivers available and most destinations on the island are under $15.
The Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort charges a $25 gate fee per vehicle. This fee will be billed to the renter after booking the reservation and must be paid prior to check in. This policy is applicable to all reservations starting August 1, 2019 and beyond.

Please do all dishes and put them back in the cabinets prior to check out.

Absolutely no smoking in the Villa or on the patio.

Renters must be at least 25 years old.

Check out time is no later than 10am on day of departure. This is to give our cleaning service enough time to clean and prepare our Villa for the next guest. There is a $50 late check out charge for each half hour after 10am.
