Proudly hosted by Island Rentals of Hilton Head, this beautifully renovated two-bedroom, two-bathroom villa at 8001 Treetops offers a bright, airy retreat in the heart of South Forest Beach—and it’s pet friendly, so your four-legged family members are welcome to join the fun. Thoughtfully furnished with coastal-inspired décor, this spotless townhouse is designed for effortless vacation living, comfortably sleeping up to four adults and two children with one king bed and two full beds. Each room features a flat-screen Smart TV with cable, while the open living area provides a welcoming space to relax after a day at the beach or pool.

The living room is styled for comfort with plush seating and a large flat-screen TV, perfect for family movie nights. Step out onto the screened-in porch to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening drink surrounded by peaceful natural views. The fully equipped kitchen and in-unit amenities ensure a hassle-free stay, while two full bathrooms offer privacy and convenience for everyone in your group.

Located just a short walk to the beach—less than 10 minutes on foot—this villa makes beach days easy and enjoyable. Four backpack beach chairs are included, along with four complimentary adult bicycles from South Beach Cycles, making it simple to pedal to the ocean or cruise over to Coligny Plaza for shopping, dining, and entertainment. Guests also enjoy access to three on-site pools (open April through October) and a new hard tennis court, adding even more ways to enjoy your time on Hilton Head Island. With its unbeatable location, welcoming pet-friendly policy, and thoughtful amenities, 8001 Treetops is the perfect setting for a relaxed and memorable island getaway.

What a lovely villa! Perfect location by the pool as well as a very short walk to the beach. Alder’s Lane Beach is just down the street and is a beautiful dog-friendly beach. Near restaurants and everything you’d need. The bikes were a great addition as well, although we didn’t get to use them due to rain. We especially loved the beautiful screened porch overlooking the pool and beautiful surroundings. Will definitely stay here next time!

Nice location, first time visiting HHI

The proximity to public beach is a short bike ride as well as a visit to Sea Pines. Condominium complex is dated, but amenities are nice. Loved the bikes. Only down fall was that the pool is right outside screen porch, so it was a little noisy.

8001 treetops Villa

First, let me say this villa was very clean and organized and very comfortable. The unit supplied a beach wagon chairs, and cooler. The free bikes were a plus we all enjoyed them. The beds were comfortable. this unit made me feel like I was home. Would highly recommend.. Sullivan family..

Getaway to HHI

The property was very clean and convenient to all that we wanted to do. The 2 bedroom 2 bath is just the right size for a small family orsmall group. We did not bring our dog this time but loved the fact it is pet friendly. Property has all the beach supplies you need except towels and personal items. Bikes were free and lots of fun. We would definitely sray again when in the area.

Summer vacation

Summer vacation at Hilton Head Island. We have used this rental property company in the past and were very pleased. Perfect location to everything! Easy access for walking, biking or driving.

Hilton Head is a magical place

This property is beautifully decorated and was spotless upon arrival. Loved the proximity to amenities. One frustrating issue with TV cable but it was quickly resolved.

Great place!

We have stayed at many places and this one exceeds all of them! The kitchen is well stocked and furniture/beds were very comfortable. I might recommend they add a crockpot for dinners after busy days. The wagon, 4 backpack beach chairs and 4 bikes were a bonus for us to use. They also had an umbrella and a cooler to use. The location was a 5 min bike ride to the beach, 10 -15 min walk. The path to the beach is between the Hilton and Marriott properties. Bonus was the bathroom at the beach. (someone gave us the code to use) The condo is right by the pool which was nice but if there were many kids there - could get loud. Pool water and ocean were very cold! We rented Mar 16-Apr 13. Condo was a short bike ride to Coligny circle and the park for concerts. At Easter time (Fri-Tues) the traffic at Coligny and beach picked up. We were not there for the Heritage but heard that the public parking at Coligny is the shuttle location. In 2025 The Heritage and Easter week will be the same time. (week before Easter). The management company was fantastic every time we reached out to them - called or responded within minutes! We can't wait to go back in 2025!

Great Family trip

Looked for an apartment close to the beach, but still far enough inland to enjoy the peace. This place has it all. Perfect for a family of 4 or a trip with friends. Definitely will stay here again.

Very clean, pet-friendly condo

The condo was very clean and has a well-stocked kitchen with respect to utensils, cups, pans, etc. The screened-in porch has a lovely view of the pool. The floors are a bit uneven as mentioned in other posts, but not enough to be bothersome. We appreciated having a washer/dryer and that bikes were included in our stay. It is about a 10-minute walk to the beach, but a great central location for exploring HHI.

Absolutely amazing!

What a perfect place to stay. The unit has every amenity possible. The patio is so relaxing to sit on and hear the water flowing and birds singing. Clean and very pleasant. Highly recommend!

Weekend End of Summer Trip

My husband and I booked this condo for an end of summer getaway. Property was in a great location and was perfect for our trip. 5-minute easy bike ride to the beach and just a few steps to the pool. Condo was spacious and fully stocked with everything we needed cooking and beach. Updated decor and clean. We’ll be back for sure.

Family Beach Trip

Property was nice. The floor seems to sagging down in some places, especially master bedroom. The lighting is very dull, especially in kitchen and dining area. Everything else is nice.

Great Location

We had a great time!! The property was as listed, the kitchen was well stocked and it was nice having all the starter items available on arrival. We loved having the bikes available for our use all week to get around the island and to the beach every day. We would definitely stay again!!

A cozy spot

Great location! Well stocked kitchen with very clean utensils, pots, pans, baking pans, coffee maker, Keurig, four slice toaster and even a hand mixer! Beds slept great! First floor villa so only about 8 steps to the door. Friendly, dog friendly community. Pool view from the screened back porch at this property! There is a beach wagon with the nice big wheels, beach umbrella, beach chairs and some beach toys for the kiddos in the hall closet! Nice stackable washer/dryer behind curtain in the kitchen. Thats always a plus! A 10 minute walk to the closest beach access path across the street. About a 15-20 minute walk to Coligny depending on your pace. I enjoyed my stay here and would recommend to others.

Spacious Condo, close proximity to shopping and dining

This condo was a nice stay for us in late January. We liked the screened in porch and it’s proximity to the shopping and dining. The development is nice with many walking paths and landscaping. Finding the unit can be daunting, but if you pay attention to the signs as you drive down the main driveway, you’ll see the unit number signs at the end of each path along the drive. The condo is well stocked with kitchen tools, and appliances. Internet is very spotty, or at least was the week we were there, so it made working remotely difficult, we just ended up using our hotspot.
