This 2-bedroom vacation rental in Hilton Head Island allows dogs of any size for an additional fee of $200. ($100 for each additional pet).

This two-story end unit villa is an 8-minute walk to the white sandy beaches Hilton Head is known for. Enjoy biking, jogging, beachcombing, volleyball, and building castles in the sand. Ocean Breeze Review

We loved the modern decor at this property and the added bonus of being able to bring our dogs. Property was clean and well maintained. It was close to everything but was a little too far from the beach to walk. Overall we had a very positive experience.

Great location, property needs some TLC.

This location was great. It is about a 10 minute walk / 5 minute bike ride to the beach. Great location on the beach that is far enough away from the more crowded Coligny plaza area. The unit is right across from the tennis court, where we played pickleball daily! The unit was also clean! (At least the floors, kitchen, furniture, etc were...see below) Now to some of the "maintenance" items. Oddly, one of the first things I noticed was the return vent at the top of the stairs was absolutely filthy. It looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years. The gasket in the washing machine was gross and I cleaned it out. Lots of gunk, hair, sludge, etc. The fan in the kids room doesn't work, amd it's in a terrible place anyway with the bunk bed. One fan blade was missing as were two of the light globes. The kids bathtub also filled up with several inches of water during every shower and water came out the head and spigot. Both bathrooms need serious updating. Also there are some light bulbs out in the kitchen. We thought the beds were comfortable (although, why not a king in the master? There's plenty of room!) Overall, I WOULD stay here again. Hopefully the owners can give the place a little attention to take it from "very good" to "great!"

Comfortable condo but upstairs is not renovated like downstairs

The stay was ok due to a lot of people around us not picking up after dogs or putting them on a leash and terrifying our dogs and there are several stray cats just walking around. The dumpster was full the entire time so it was inconvenient to be able to dump the trash. The condo itself was good and had lots of utensils to cook with in kitchen and eat in which is great for families to save on money by being able to keep groceries. Washer and dryer and WiFi was awesome because I still had to work some.

Unit was very clean. Downstairs was recently renovated, upstairs bathrooms dated. 18 steps to second floor a little tough with a bad hip but overall enjoyed the stay. Odd that beach umbrella was available to use but no beach chairs, have to rent locally.

This condo was clean and convenient. It didnā€™t have any strange smells or anything that didnā€™t look clean. The upstairs bathrooms could use updating but other than that it was awesome. Would highly recommend!

Close to beach/semi-upgraded

We mostly enjoyed our stay at the property. Overall it was clean and maintained. The bottom floor was upgraded. The countertops, new appliances and floors are nice. There were plenty of towels for the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pots. The master bed was very small and uncomfortable. My husband slept on the couch because it was not comfortable with both of us. The upstairs bathrooms left a lot to be desired. They appeared dirty because everything was outdated and run down. The tubs were orange inside from dirt or something else. The shower in the kids room was the worst. Besides being gross, the water from the tub didnā€™t turn off when the shower was running so the tub filled with water during showers. The door to the bathroom in the main room doesnā€™t close so I had to stuff something under the door to keep it closed. The comforter and the blankets in the main room were completely covered in dog hair. The dog hair side was face down so I didnā€™t see it until I pulled the sheets back. Thereā€™s no way the person who made the bed missed that nasty linen. Iā€™m not exaggerating when I say it had dog hair from top to bottom as if the dog rolled over the whole bed fifteen times to make sure every inch was covered in hair!! I called soon after check in about 5:30 but they didnā€™t send anyone to replace it until the next morning. I ended up washing the bed linen myself. I didnā€™t bother with the nasty bathrooms. The manager has to be aware and just doesnā€™t care.

Beautiful condo and easy process

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. Check-in was a breeze, as was check-out. We had plenty of space for our family of four and the condo was very comfortable. The property managers gave us access to an app for communication and information throughout our stay and it was very easy to use and understand. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful getaway!

My kids and I had a fabulous little vacation at Ocean Breeze. We brought bikes and were very easily able to bike to the beach, great restaurants, and the awesome ā€œpirate playgroundā€. The home was a lovely retreat for each of us, had everything we needed to prepare meals and the kids loved the bunk beds! We loved the updates and we would definitely stay again!

Great family getaway

This was our first time to Hilton Head and we had a great time. The house was perfect for our family of four. A little further from the beach than we would have liked to be but renting bikes was a huge help. House was nice and clean which is always a plus. Definitely recommend.

Beautiful Trip to Hilton Head

What a wonderful place! The rental was beautiful for our stay in Hilton head and my parents first. Great location on the end. The downstairs with the kitchen remodel was perfect! The bathrooms upstairs need an upgrade, but they worked just fine. Our dog Luca enjoyed looking out the sliding glass doors at the squirrels in the morning! Relaxing Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. As soon as we walked in, we noticed how clean the condo was. We were very surprised that the condo did not have a pet odor given the fact that it is a pet friendly place. We were so thankful that the condo came stocked with hand soap and toilet paper in each bathroom. All of the dishes in the kitchen were spotless and ready to use. The price for this condo was great. We will definitely be back again!

Great condo

Wonderful property!!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The property was very clean, freshly renovated, well organized, and super comfortable! We had everything we needed for our stay with two kids! Pet friendly aspect was a huge bonus, which allowed us to bring our pup over when the pet sitting arrangement was canceled the last minute. And location was perfect - close to the beach, restaurants, bike trails, etc. THANK YOU to the owners and property managers for making our vacation so special!!!
