Located in a gated community with direct beach access, you will have no trouble hitting the sand from sunup to sundown, yet you can always switch it up a bit and take advantage of the shared pool to escape the heat or tan in bliss. When you want to venture out a bit, tee off at the Harbour Town Golf Links or check out the local shops and restaurants at Coligny Plaza, both within a short walk or drive from your front door. When your return from a packed day, the interior will let you slip right into relaxation mode with beachy decor with fun pops of color throughout. The full kitchen will be calling your name when it is time to whip up a tasty meal, as no recipe will be too complex using the modern appliances and cookware provided. Enjoy meals at the dining table or step out to your private balcony and dine alfresco in the salty air. You will have no trouble staying entertained with the high-speed WiFi and cable package on the mounted TV in the living room and bedroom! All lines included. We provide beach chairs and towels. Umbrellas available to rent from lifeguards.

The location of the condo and the ocean view were wonderful! The condo space is very tight but for 3 nights it was ok. The bed (new mattress needed) pretty much took up the entire bedroom! If you plan on making any meals, be aware there is no table or chairs. The apartment was very clean, but it definitely could use an update.

The perfect place to relax and enjoy the beach with an oceanfront balcony. Meredith was very helpful in planning the stay and answering questions before arrival! My parents truly enjoyed all the space had to offer. It was very helpful have so many additional items available for their visit to the beach so they didn’t have to pack as much.

Everything was great except the gate codes that we were provuded with would'nt work. We were able to tailgate someone else a couple of times. We finally got in touch with the owner and got a better code. Other than that everything was great.

We had a wonderful stay at this villa. The ocean was right off our balcony, and we spent a lot of time out there. We rented bikes, and that was so nice! The villa itself was tasteful, but we didn't much time in it really. Mostly just to sleep. We didn't cook at all, so I assume everything would have worked fine. The manager was prompt in responding to requests. We loved it, and would stay here again.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was clean, conveniently located, and all the equipment (television, appliances, shower, etc) were in good condition and worked perfectly. This was also a very quiet location. Aside from passing by someone in the hallway, you wouldn't even know that there were other people in the building. We really appreciated the washing station near the beach access to wash off the sand after a beach visit. However, while not necessarily deal breakers there are a few things to keep in mind. The bedroom pillows are very thick. If you like thinner pillows you way want to bring your own. You may also want to bring a fan, as the bedroom is located on the opposite end of the condo from the air conditioner. A small fan was provided, but and additional fan would have made things more comfortable. Also the kitchen was small, so dont plan on cooking any huge meals, but it was perfect for smaller meals. Also the kitchen and bathroom trash cans are very small and are provided with very small bags, so it may be handy to bring some garbage bags. Also parking underneath the building is first come first serve, so bring a windshield cover in case you have to park in the sun, or your car will get very hot. Overall, we did enjoy our stay and would stay here again, just keep these small things in mind while preparing for your trip.

Loved the view from the balcony!! Had access to a beach cart (great for hauling groceries from car), chairs, and beach mat to lay on (which was nice!) To get to the condo you either take the elevator (located street side) and walk the length of the building to the room or climb three flights of stairs ( Oceanside). Needless to say you’ll get your exercise in from the start. Kinda clean, bathroom had mold along the wall above the shower which is not good!! Condo needed good deep clean, not just a once over. All in all for the price it was worth the view.

Stayed here for three weeks to celebrate our 25th anniversary.Excellent value. You won't find beachfront with this view for this price anywhere else on South Forest Beach.A lot of reviews mentioned the lack of central A/C. The window unit is more than strong enough - heat index was over 100 most of the time we were there and it was sometimes TOO cold in the living area. Use a fan in the bedroom if you need to. We were concerned about this but it was really not a problem.And yes it's a tiny kitchen but we managed to cook some pretty involved meals here just fine. All in all we loved it and hope to be back again.

Loved the view and location!!

It was the perfect location for my husband and I to spend our 25th anniversary. Loved sitting on the balcony and watching the waves and the people on the beach. We also had 2 hawks or ospreys visit daily. Lots of nature watching. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Perfect for the two of us. It was nice not worrying about bringing chairs, coolers, or an umbrella for the beach. I would definitely choose to stay here again!

Great view of the ocean

Just a couple of glitches: Gate code I was given didn't work but a quick call and Meredith gave me a code that worked. We also lost internet and TV for several hours but Meredith had her young handyman come by and he eventually got it back in service. Otherwise, we had a wonderful visit and enjoyed the property. Thanks to Meredith and Jake.

Great week with a great view

I think we spent 75% of our time sitting on the balcony watching the beach deer and birds. The condo was very comfortable and bright. We will definitely be renting again.

Perfect place for an adventure home base

Love this location and this property really feels like paradise!! Highly recommend for families and those who want beach front and easy logistics for beach fun. Wash station is great and convenient with kids.Wildlife everywhere - saw so much just from the balcony and really made our stay special. The red light on the balcony was a little odd given nobody else had theirs on, but that's minor compared to everything else. Definitely will stay here again.
