With tranquil marsh views, exceptional amenities, and exclusive access to neighborhood recreation, it's the perfect place to relax, reconnect, and experience Hilton Head at your own pace.

    THE SETTING: Positioned along a peaceful stretch of marsh and lagoon, 2628 Calibogue Club offers beautiful natural views that change throughout the day with the tides, wildlife, and Lowcountry light. The spacious rear deck overlooks the water, creating a quiet place to enjoy morning coffee, an afternoon book, or dinner outdoors as the sun begins to set. While the setting feels wonderfully private, you're only moments from Sea Pines' beaches, golf, bike trails, and more.

    THIS HOME IS IDEAL FOR: Families, couples traveling together, golf groups, and guests who enjoy having space to spread out while staying close to everything Sea Pines has to offer.     POOL: The Calibogue Club pool is located less than a one-minute walk from the townhome and is available exclusively for Calibogue Club guests.

    LUXE SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS INCLUDE: Sleeps 8 comfortably // 2 King beds // 4 Twin beds in built-in bunks. Two spacious king suites provide peaceful private retreats with premium BESTNEST Signature linens, Smart TVs, and beautifully appointed bathrooms. The custom bunk room is designed with younger guests in mind, offering four twin beds and easy access to its own full bathroom. Comfortable mattresses, luxury linens, and thoughtful details ensure every guest enjoys a restful night's sleep.

    FULLY STOCKED KITCHEN: Whether you're preparing breakfast before heading to the beach or enjoying dinner together after a day exploring the island, the exceptionally equipped kitchen makes cooking feel effortless. Premium cookware, matching dinnerware, generous serving pieces, quality appliances, and Nespresso coffee provide everything needed to prepare and enjoy meals together while remaining connected to the adjoining dining and living spaces.

    ADDITIONAL HIGHLIGHTS INCLUDE: Marsh-view deck, spacious loft with television and games, secure high-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TVs throughout, JBL Bluetooth speaker, in-unit laundry, beautifully renovated interiors, Babyliss hair dryers in every bathroom, Rowenta iron and garment steamer, and exclusive access to Calibogue Club's private tennis courts, pickleball courts, and community pool.

    BESTNEST LUXE GUESTS ENJOY: Elevated comforts and concierge-level service including luxury linens and towels, Kiehl's bath amenities, Mrs. Meyer's household products, Nespresso coffee, premium beach equipment, Yeti coolers, beach wagons, Shibumi shade, umbrellas, chairs, beach toys, Babyliss hair dryers, and a beautifully stocked kitchen designed to make every stay effortless.

    PETS: Well-behaved small and medium-sized dogs are welcome with prior approval and a pet fee of $450 per dog, with a maximum of two dogs. Labradors and other oily-coated breeds are not permitted. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds and must be crated whenever left unattended.

    VEHICLES/ATTACHMENTS: Denied entry to Sea Pines include motorcycles/scooters, any vehicle categorized as an RV (this includes vans with hook-ups), boats, jet skis, and trailers.

    COMMUNITY AMENITIES: Guests enjoy access to the Calibogue Club community pool, two tennis courts, and two pickleball courts, all reserved exclusively for Calibogue Club residents and guests.

    HOW FAR TO BEACH: Approximately a 10-minute bike ride or a 5-minute drive to the Sea Pines Beach Club.

    BEACH CLUB ACCESS/PARKING: Overnight guests may park directly at the Sea Pines Beach Club from the day after Labor Day through mid-March. During the peak season, from mid-March through Labor Day, complimentary Sea Pines trolleys provide transportation from designated parking areas throughout Sea Pines to the Beach Club. Additional details will be provided prior to your arrival.

    PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATION POLICY: For reservations made thirty (30) days or less prior to arrival, payment in full is due at the time the reservation is made. For reservations made thirty-one (31) days or more prior to arrival, payment of 25% of the total is required, along with the full travel insurance premium if selected. The remaining balance is due thirty (30) days prior to arrival. Long-term winter reservation policies differ—please inquire. Guests may cancel up to thirty-one (31) days before arrival and receive a full refund of their deposit. Cancellations made 14 to 30 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund of the total payment. Reservations become non-cancelable and non-refundable beginning thirteen (13) days before arrival. Travel insurance is highly recommended.

Our unit was beyond beautiful and spotless! Overwhelmed when we first walked in. Fully stocked with everything we needed. The host was communicative throughout checking to see if we needed anything. Would recommend 100%!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at this property on three different occasions in the past six months. It’s in a very peaceful location with wonderful water and marsh views from the deck, living room and primary bedroom. The home is well appointed, furnished and supplied with everything we have come to appreciate with Best Nest rentals.
