The largest 1 bedroom Lighthouse Tennis Villa!

This villa feels extremely spacious for a 1 bedroom villa. The living area has vaulted ceilings with tasteful décor and 2 sofas, including a queen sleeper sofa. Two sliding glass doors open to a spacious balcony with pool and lagoon views, great for enjoying the beautiful surroundings. The adjacent dining area continues the modern, airy feel and seats 4 with ample space. The well-appointed kitchen has updated cabinets and appliances, including a beverage fridge for added convenience.

The large primary suite features plank flooring, a king bed, flat screen TV, and all the room you need to relax. The large walk-in closet features a full-size washer and dryer. The recently updated bathroom features a tiled walk-in shower, dual vanity sinks and adds to the luxurious feel of the villa.

With both tennis courts and a swimming pool on-site, this villa is convenient to nearby Harbour Town and its incredible amenities. The Sea Pines Beach Club and Lawton Stables are a short bike or trolley ride away. The Lighthouse Tennis complex is within walking distance to the Sea Pines Center with its shops, restaurants, trolley stop and bike rentals. This spacious, fresh, and inviting villa is a charming getaway spot in the heart of it all!

This spot is ideally located to all on the South end of the island. A quick 3 minute stroll to Chow Daddy's/Truffles and about 10-15 minutes to Harbourtown. We appreciated the bikes and accessibility to the bike path as well. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful one bedroom condo! There are three sets of steps to get up to second floor so not for someone that can’t do stairs. Condo was clean and just as pictured. We enjoyed laying by the pool every day. Short ride on bicycles to Harbour Town and Sea Pines Center. We would definitely stay there again!

Excellent rental villa, would stay again

Very comfortable, just as described. Everything worked perfectly. Bikes in very good condition, beach chairs and sun umbrella provided were Tommy Bahama. I would suggest to add a measuring cup and a thrash can with lid.

Wonderful Unit, Great Location, Definitely Returning

We had a great stay. The unit was very clean, furnishings were in great shape, tiled shower was wonderful, and everything we needed was included. The full washer and dryer/walk-in closet combination is most convenient. Location is right off the bike path, allows for biking, walks to Harbor Town and Sea Pines Center, and is a short drive (1.1 mile) to the Beach Club. We would have stayed another week except for a family commitment.

Great stay!

We loved this condo! It was so clean and decorated well! It was the perfect size for our family of 3. Our two and a half year old had plenty of room to play! Having a washer and dry was a great plus! We loved having the pool to ourselves! Overall would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Place!

Such a cute little condo in the perfect location! About a 15 minute ride to the beach and the condo has just enough space to not feel cramped (even with a toddler running around). We will certainly book again next year!

Great Getaway location

The unit we stayed is was beautiful and clean. It was central to everything in Sea Pines, restaurants, beaches, shopping, churches. Free bike rental is a bonus - beautiful biking trails, everything is accessible by bike. Our whole experience was positive.

Great condo, great location!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! Details for our visit were communicated to us well in advance, including instructions for using a downloadable app. We arrived and the property was immaculate. The living room and bedroom were larger than expected and the bathroom was up to date. The bikes were an added bonus and we spent a full afternoon using them. Harbor Town is a short bike ride from the condo, and there is also a small plaza with a couple restaurants within walking distance, which we enjoyed. We loved our stay and hope to come again on another visit!

Have stayed at Tennis Villas in the past

We enjoy the location of the Sea Pines Tennis Villas... located walking-distance between Harbour Town and the Sea Pines Center (shops/restaurants). The villas have a nice pool and tennis courts. This rental included two bikes (complimentary). very convenient to ride the trails among all the areas of Sea Pines. We would have rated "cleanliness" a 5, but on our last night, there was a large roach walking back and forth on the ceiling in the living room... too to high it with a broom. Otherwise, the furniture, including the king bed, was very comfortable and there were plenty of dishes. We have stayed in these villas in the past and will definitely be back again.

Peaceful Holiday

We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the spotlessly clean, modern, comfortable condo. The large rain shower was divine and every amenity was available. The condo overlooked the pool and was so close to everything we love to do in Sea Pines. The bikes provided were close by and in excellent shape. There is nothing negative we could say as it was a wonderful accommodation and we hope to return soon!

Overall was good. Only observation was upon our arrival the bathroom toilette was dirty and we found a roach in the bathroom. To be the first thing that welcomes you at the place was not great. After that everything else was good.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was so close to many different must sees on the island. We rode our bikes everywhere. My favorite part was the sunrise at South Beach. You can get to it by bike in about 15 to 20 minutes. Very special memories!

Lived up to its name!

Location Location Location We loved our stay! Best place in Sea Pines to have breakfast is Salty Dog Cafe and an evening stroll for ice cream down by the lighthouse! Property was clean and updated beautifully!

Dirty and disappointing

When we arrived at the unit, the bare minimum had been done to clean the unit. My family attempted to contact the property management company and move to another unit but the management company claimed they were at 100% capacity. We were forced to clean the unit ourselves and when we did, multiple cockroaches were found! Stay away from this unit.
