THE SETTING: 2263 Heritage Villas places you within easy walking distance of Harbour Town, where dining, shopping, watersports, Harbour Town Golf Links, and the iconic lighthouse are all close at hand. The Shops at Sea Pines Center are also nearby, along with the Sea Pines Racquet Club for tennis and pickleball. Back at the villa, a lovely lagoon view and fountain create a peaceful backdrop for the outdoor lounge and dining areas.

THIS HOME IS IDEAL FOR: Families, couples traveling together, and groups of friends who appreciate comfortable sleeping arrangements and a location that makes it easy to enjoy Sea Pines without spending much time in the car. POOL: The Heritage Villas pool is less than a one-minute walk from the villa and is reserved for Heritage Villas guests. The pool is open seasonally from April through September.

The villa's bedrooms offer an unusually adult-friendly arrangement with three king beds, along with two twin beds for additional flexibility. VEHICLES/ATTACHMENTS: Denied entry to Sea Pines include motorcycles/scooters, any vehicle categorized as an RV (this includes vans with hook-ups), boats, jet skis, and trailers.

HOW FAR TO BEACH: Approximately 10 minutes by bike or two minutes by car to the Sea Pines Beach Club. During peak season, Sea Pines Beach Trolleys transport guests from designated parking areas to the Beach Club. From the day after Labor Day through March, overnight guests may park directly at the Beach Club.

PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATION POLICY: For reservations made thirty (30) days or fewer prior to arrival, payment in full is due at the time of booking. For reservations made thirty-one (31) days or more prior to arrival, a deposit of 25% of the total reservation amount, along with the full travel insurance premium if selected, is due when the reservation is made. The remaining balance is due thirty (30) days prior to arrival. Long-term winter reservation policies may differ; please inquire for details. Guests may cancel up to thirty-one (31) days before arrival and receive a full refund of their deposit. Cancellations made between fourteen (14) and thirty (30) days prior to arrival are eligible for a 50% refund of the total payment. Reservations become non-cancelable and non-refundable beginning thirteen (13) days prior to arrival. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
