    This wonderful 3 bedroom villa is located in the popular Ocean One oceanfront complex. The villa offers 3 bedrooms all with private bathrooms. The master bedroom offers a King bed with a private bath & private balcony. The second bedroom offers a king bed, flat screen TV with a private bath and private balcony. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds, private bath and a flat screen Smart TV for streaming only. The living room features a Smart TV and a spacious balcony, with comfortable furnishings including a new queen sleep sofa. Enjoy the convenience of being at the beach staying here. Easy walk to the new Celebration Park or to Coligny Plaza with over 60 shops & restaurants. A quick walk down the beach to the Tiki Hut where there is usually live music during the peak season. Overall we had such a great stay. Room was way bigger than expected! I will say that if you are hot natured, bring your own fan for when you sleep as the rooms do not have ceiling fans.

Very nice stay. Clean unit. Spacious. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms was great. Short walk to Coligny which we love.

Wonderful location-easy walk to the beach and walkable to so many stores and restaurants. Check in was easy and communication with the rental company was good. We enjoyed a dolphin cruise, many restaurants and loved exploring the area. We would highly recommend.

Perfect Location

We had an awesome time staying in this condo. It was perfect for our 7 person group. The pool was awesome and being right on the beach was wonderful! We would definitely stay here again.

We always stay at ocean one and highly recommend but in this room we did have to go buy supplies that should be included with the room like extra toilet paper and paper towels, dish washing stuff, so be prepared for that.

We really enjoyed staying here! Condo was clean, had everything we needed and the location is great. Walking distance to so many things! We enjoyed the pool and the beach. Can’t wait to make a return trip!

College Graduation Vacation

It’s convenient to shopping and restaurants. The beach is a little crowded due to the public beach access and the Tiki Bar. My only suggestion for the condo would be to have quality knives and maybe better mattresses for the twin beds.

The back balcony was peaceful and quiet, thought I would like the ocean side but it seems very loud and public at all hrs so your place was great! Great location and amenities. We had a great stay overall. Had some issues with cleanliness. Pillowcases were very dirty as well as sheets. We had to buy our own on the first night since there weren’t any extras and were arrived late. The next day they said they would refund us for the pillow cases so that was great! Definitely a little inconvenient to have to buy trash-bags, soap, TP etc. especially if you fly but we made it work!

The property was clean and in a great location but unfortunately there was very loud construction going on and the parking lot was a mess. Also we had no operating elevators. We were not made aware of this at all Prior to our stay

Outstanding location just steps from an outstanding beach. Numerous shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. Easy access to all Hilton Head has to offer. The unit was as advertised and was clean and well maintained with a couple minor issues to be expected in a multi use condo. However, the single biggest negative was the mattresses in 2 of the 3 bead rooms. It was as if the owner picked up used box springs, stacked them 2 high and put a 2 inch mattress topper on them; they make a sleeping bag on a gravel drive feel like the Ritz. Really inexcusable. Lucky for us the rest of the unit, complex amenities and superb location made this seem minor.

Ideal location but…

Furnishings were nice. However, we very disappointed with the master bedroom. It did not have a tv, the extremely old/thin king topsheet did not cover the mattress, and there was no bedspread. A blanket served as a bedspread but it had a circular stain on it. There were not enough wash cloths for each person to have one. Quality of bedding and towels could have been nicer to match value of what rental charged.

We usually stay at shorewood , but wanted to give the sea turtle a try . We had an amazing time and look forward to coming back next September. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We are not newcomers to HHI, but this was our first stay at Ocean One. This unit is beautiful and well kept. Very comfortable for 4 adults and 2 children. We typically choose a unit facing the ocean, but we did not miss it at all, especially since we had several rainy days. Would stay here again. Being able to walk over to Coligny is so convenient. Ocean One closes the pool at sunset, and the grandkids missed being able to swim at night. Curious as to why, because the music from Tiki Hut can be heard really well so it can’t be a noise issue. Pool deck is scheduled for replacement and it needs it. Thus condo is beautiful and we loved it.

The location is perfect, close to Coligny Plaza and next door to The Tiki Hut. The unit is spacious and very well maintained. Sea Turtle Get Aways is very good to work with and makes check in and your stay very easy and nice.
