The newly renovated kitchen makes cooking a pleasure, with stainless steel appliances, a full sized refrigerator, and a farmhouse dining table that seats six, perfect for family meals or game nights.

The king bedroom offers a comfortable retreat with its own Smart TV and balcony access. Additional sleeping space includes a sleeper sofa in the living room for extra guests, plus a sleeper chair, giving the villa flexibility for a small family or a group of friends.

Step outside and the beach path is right there, directly across from the entrance to the Bluff Villas, making sun and sand feel like an extension of home. Guests also enjoy access to the South Beach Marina community pool (must pay for a pool pass) for an easy afternoon swim between beach trips. Please note that the South Beach Marina Swimming Pool is closed on Labor Day and won't reopen until Memorial Day weekend the following year; daily or weekly pool passes can be purchased through your host during the open season.

Getting Around:
A car is recommended for getting around Hilton Head Island, but the area is also very bike-friendly with miles of scenic trails and easy access to nearby parks and beaches. Bike rentals are readily available throughout the island.

✓ Street parking and parking on unimproved surfaces (like grass or pine straw) are prohibited by the town.

✓ Pets are not allowed. Please plan accordingly.
