117 Admirals Row -Remodeled for a perfect beach vacation!

117 Admirals Row is located in the MOST desirable oceanfront Building 'A' in HHB&T Resort with a lovely southern exposure. Our villa location is perfect for a great beach vacation.

IT IS VERY RARE TO FIND A 2 BEDROOM/2 BATH RENTAL THIS CLOSE TO THE OCEAN! Our southern exposure offers warmth during the winter months and cool shaded ocean breezes during the summer months. The ramp access from the parking lot directly to our front door makes our villa easily accessible and convenient. No stairs or elevators!!!

Please note several rules:
1) Occupancy is limited to 4 people
2) Children are limited to age 10 and older.

Our beautifully decorated villa is newly furnished & regularly maintained from top to bottom. It includes a queen-size bed in the master suite and twin beds in the second bedroom. Our recent remodel includes all new furniture, new beds/mattresses, and all new kitchen/cooking items. We offer free broadband wireless internet, and the living-room and bedrooms are equipped with smart tv's and ceiling fans for your enjoyment. Beach equipment (chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, etc.) is supplied with a rolling cart for easy transport. Our villa is truly home away from home!
The villa is 940 sq. feet and accommodates parties up to 4 people. The practical floor plan creates privacy between the bedrooms and the main living area.
Our corner location features extra windows for plenty of natural sunlight, extended views that other units do not have and comfortable ocean breezes. But best of all, our double balcony provides you with breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean - just steps from your door! (see pictures).

We diligently maintain our villa to ensure pleasant and comfortable accommodations for our guests. Deep cleaning and condo maintenance are done on a regular basis to ensure that our condo is in excellent condition for your stay.

There is convenient parking directly in front of the villa. Please note that the Resort charges a $35 fee per car for each Gate Pass issued. This fee will be paid at time of booking. You must notify the owners if you plan on having more than 1 car at the resort.

Resort Policy: ELECTRIC BIKES ARE NOT PERMITTED ON PREMISES. THERE IS NO CHARGING OF ELECTRIC VEHICLES PERMITTED ON PREMISES. For your convenience, there are several charging locations on the island.

Hilton Head Island Beach and Tennis Resort is a wonderful family-oriented oceanfront resort offering many amenities including ten lighted tennis/pickle courts (complimentary court time for guests), seasonal golf discounts on island courses (call resort for details), 2 pools including the largest pool on the island featuring 'Jamaica Joe'z seasonal poolside bar and grill, Coconutz Sportz Bar, Gator's Pizza and Wings, bike rentals, fitness center, basketball court and seasonal children's activities at the pool. The hosr is exceptionally responsive. We had an issue with the tv initially and the owners walked me through resetting the TV remotes. We had an issue wih the dishwasher midway thru our stay and the owner had a service rep out within the hour. The unit is updated and the kitchen stocked with everything you will ever need to prepare a meal

Host was helpful and responsive. Rooms were well-supplied, comfortable and nicely decorated. Rooms very small, but as expected. Our only concern were the roaches. One was dead when we arrived—I did not report it, as I assumed dead meant pest control working. However, on day 4 of our stay, in daylight, we saw a live roach on kitchen floor. My mother killed it. An hour later, still light outside, a third roach appeared on the side of a jar I had just opened…when I went back to put lid on jar a few minutes later, the roach was clinging to the jar. It ruined my last night, as I couldnt sleep, and didnt want to finish any of our food or use plates, forks, cups, etc. Loved how close the beach was, but the rain kept us away. Oh, and I do not recommend the weather insurance through VRBO. I thought it a good idea to get the weather insurance a month prior to our trip… It literally rained almost all day for 3 1/2 days of our 4-night trip… But the weather insurance company is only approving two days of rain therefore we did not meet the requirement of three days for a refund… Which anyone who stayed on Hilton Head Island can attest it rained 10/09, 10/10, & 10/11 for more than 3 hours each day.
Yay! You can see the ocean from the balcony.
Ramp up to 1st floor was nice.

The condo is gorgeous! Perfect location, beautifully updated kitchen and bathrooms, bedrooms and living room. Fully stocked with everything you could need even beach chairs and wagon. Check in was simple and the owners were very responsive. Loved every minute!

We enjoyed our week on HHI in this perfect condo! It was nice being on the first floor (right by the ramp) and only steps to the beach. The unit was equipped with everything we could’ve needed from a first aid kit with bandaids, Keurig, charging station for electronics, and beach cart with chairs. The owners were incredible hosts and answered questions in a timely manner. We hope to be able to return next year!

Perfect Month at the Beach!

My month-long stay at this condo could not have been more relaxing! Loved sitting on patio to read.i found the furniture, kitchen supplies, beds, bathrooms all to be comfortable. The seating in the den was perfect for when my daughters came. My favorite thing about the visit was the easy access to parking (1st floor unit) and the beach! I will stay here again!

Great condo

We have stayed at the condo for several years. It is a great location in the Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Club with a ocean view. The condo is always clean and has the necessary dishes, Keurig, etc. We will definitely book again!!

All the Comforts of Home

This condo has the best location with easy access to beach. It is comfortable, clean and updated. There are books, games and puzzles in the condo which was great as hurricane Debby rolled by this visit and we had plenty to keep us occupied. We will definitely be back again.

Perfect summer stay

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! It was close enough to the beach to see the water even on the first floor, and was convenient to the pool as well. There was plenty of space for all 4 of us. It was clean and updated, and it was stocked with all of the kitchen items/ appliances needed, as well as beach items to use. It was a lovely condo and a great location!

The condo was beautiful and so close to the beach! Me my husband and daughter all loved the location and super easier access to the ocean. Our hosts responded quickly and answered any question we had. I loved all the amenities at the resort. We played tennis and pickle ball. And we all loved the outdoor restaurant and pool. There was awesome fireworks and so many things to do right in the resort we rarely left. I did not want to leave. I highly recommend staying here . Thank you Lynda for a wonderful summer vacation.

Great property

The unit was awesome! Just a short walk to the beach. The beach buggy and chairs were a great plus and saved us from having to bring these items with us. I love the remodel to the unit! The owners were very quick to respond to my questions. We will be staying again.

Family Beach week

Great condo. Very well stocked. Recently renovated. Extremely close to the beach. Sacrifice ocean view on first floor but great for loading and unloading cars without waiting for the elevator. Hosts provide excellent communication. We have stayed here before and it is one of the best units in Admirals Row building A

Lovely place to spend time

This Verbo rental was amazing! Ocean view, short walk to the beach. Clean surroundings friendly front desk and all around great. We stayed Easter weekend and just relaxed on the beach with our family. Condo had all the amenities like beach chairs umbrella, beach cart, and some beach toys. At night the porch was beautiful to hang out on and have a cocktail listening to the ocean and feeling the nice breeze. 10/10 will stay again.

Perfect Beach Location

Condo is exactly as shown in pictures. Walk to the beach is super convenient. We especially loved the 1st floor convenience. Resort amenities were good. The condo itself was comfortable and had everything we needed for the week. ( beach cart and chairs). Thank you so a wonderful place to stay in Hilton Head.
