Fantastic except….

Location, condo, property, & beach were all fantastic. The only complaint is the a/c would not cool the upstairs. We slept in sweat all 4 nights. Not fun. Deal breaker for us for a return stay.

Thanksgiving with friends

Nice property and close to beach. Would have been nice to have more than one chair outside to use, as 2 were rotten and had been stacked together. Nice gift from host to host with the water, popcorn, beach bag, foil, and spray oil( as we forgot our's). My only other suggestion would be to have with keyless pad lock associated with the person booking with the last 4 digits of their phone number. This would be much easier to remember.

We had a few minor maintenance issues. With one phone call and a personal visit from Travis, the issues were resolved in less than a day!

Family fun

The condo was very clean and perfectly situated to the pool, the beach and Coligny shopping and dining. Renters need to know that it’s an older property but is in fairly good condition. It would be important to know that both bathrooms are upstairs. There were a few maintenance issues but nothing major. We’d definitely recommend it to others.

Awesome location

10 Ocean Club was exactly as we expected it to be based off of the listing. We had the best time. Everything is in walking distance for the most part. Pool right outside our back door was a plus. And beach access was a very short walk. We walked or rode bikes to coligny almost daily. The Villa is stocked well and very clean. The puzzles, games, boogie boards and chairs are a plus. A few of our favs….Sweet Al’s for coffee and pastries, Tiki Hut & Big Bamboo for live entertainment and great drinks, Flatbread Grill, Charbar, Southern Coney had a killer breakfast, The Bank is a fun concept with a craft bar, great pizzas, food/beer/ice cream trucks etc.. and so much more!!! We would DEFINITELY stay here again!

I’ve never typed this sentence in a review before but this condo is even better than the listing describes. It was spotless, the kitchen had absolutely everything we needed, the location is quiet, the pool was great, and the proximity to the beach was perfect. We had a wonderful time here and will definitely be back!

Love Ocean Club

We absolutely loved our stay at Ocean Club. The property was in great condition and exactly how pictured. Beach access was amazing and the gates on the property made it feel like Zara safe.There was great communication throughout the entire rental process. Can’t wait to book again!

Perfect Vacation!

Great place to stay.

Location was great for our first time visit to Hilton Head. Easy access to the beach. Pool was right outside our back door. Property was in clean condition and close to a lot of things to do near Coligny Beach.

Wonderful location

The property was beautiful and very clean. We had only 1 issue and it was the AC. When we arrived it was set at 74°, but the actual temperature was 78° inside. I turned the AC down to 69° so that it would cool down enough so that we would be able to sleep comfortably. The instructions said not to set it below 68°, or it would freeze up. It never came down, it stayed at 78° all night long. I called the next day to report the problem and the person I talked was very nice and said she would call for repair service. She said I probably already caused it to freeze up, but the temperature was not even holding when we arrived the day before so I dont believe it was working when we arrived. She also called to let me know the company had 2 jobs lined up ahead of ours and wasn't sure exactly when they would arrive, but we did not have to wait on them because they would have the door code. I normally travel with 2 fans, but I did not have room this time to bring them. So we headed to Walmart and purchased two small fans. The unit finally came down to 71° and held at that temperature, but the main bedroom never seemed to cool down. It seemed that the bedroom with 2 beds stayed cool and downstairs in the living room was cooler. The air did not evenly distribute to that big bedroom. We were not able to bring those fans home so hopefully they left them there for that big bedroom. If you like to sleep in a cool comfortable bedroom, then you should plan to stay in the bedroom with 2 beds. That is the only problem with this condo, otherwise it has everything. That is the reason I gave it 4 stars overall.

Perfect spot

Coligny area is my perfect spot. Close to everything....walking distance to tiki hut, beach and restaurants. Condo had everything as described. Clean. Comfortable beds. Good wifi. Close to beach. The only this missing was a good supply of pots and pans. We ate out mostly, but if I had to cook it would have been difficult...one frying pan....and small at that. Simple fix. Will definitely stay there again.

Wonderful location

We had a great time during our stay at Hilton Head. This location was very close to the beach, which made it perfect with a 2 year old. We were able to walk to beach and get back in time for naps. The location was only a 15 minute walk from restaurants. I would highly recommend this place for anyone thinking of staying in Hilton head!

Cute , Clean, and a Great location

We very much enjoyed our stay. The condo was upsets on the inside. We had everything we needed. We really appreciated the gas grill on the patio and used it a few nights. The property is on the beach and so a very short walk to get to the beach. The table and chair outside need attention as one chair is broken. All in all we loved the place and would definitely stay hre again.

Great location

We loved the location and ability to just walk right onto the beach. Condo included everything we needed and even more; such as, games, beach toys for the kids, etc. We also received a text that the unit was ready early! Nice touch I’ve never received on any rentals in the past. Will definitely recommend and rent this place again!

Overall Great Stay

The property was very clean and updated. The washer and dryer were new and worked very well! The kitchen was stocked with all the necessities. There was even a starter pack of laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, hand soap, paper towels and toilet paper. The check-in process was easy and we had no issues at all. The hosts contacted us via text weeks before our arrival to confirm our information. They also texted us with the option of early check-in. We received a text once housekeeping was finished indicating that we were able to check-in early. The app used was a great reference for the property information and we used it frequently prior to and during the arrival process. We would stay here again. However, there were a few things that should be noted. The air-conditioning vents upstairs should be evaluated and the routing of the air changed. We had to move few pieces of furniture to improve the airflow. The air-conditioning does work very well though especially during the summer! Another issue is that the pool is very small for the amount of units in the area. It was always packed with people to the point that we couldn't go. We spent most of our time at the beach (a very close walk!) so this wasn't a big issue but our children wanted to play in the pool and there wasn't much space for them. We highly recommend Host2Coast management and this property for your stay. I have no doubt that if we had any issues the management team would have been able to assist us.
