The main level of the condo features wood flooring in the entry, kitchen and dining area. The kitchen was renovated in the fall of 2022 and features new appliances, counters and custom cabinets. Just off the kitchen is a breakfast table that seats 4. The dining area seats 6 and is open to the living room. The living room features a sectional sofa, flat-screen TV and access to a private patio. A powder room is located just off the dining room.

Evian 170 comfortably sleeps 6 guests in 2 en-suite bedrooms on the upper level of the home. The primary suite features a king bed, flat-screen TV, beautiful lagoon views, and an impressive private en-suite bathroom. The recently remodeled primary bathroom features a barn door style entry, double vanity and large tiled walk-in shower. The guest bedroom features a queen and a twin bed, flat screen tv and a private remodeled bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

Evian is one of Shipyard's most scenic settings and is an oasis of seclusion and serenity surrounded by the Brigantine Golf Course and a plethora of wildlife. An old-fashioned gazebo overlooks the 5-acre lake with a sweeping footbridge and benches for wildlife viewing, the Olympic-size pool is open year-round and the free lighted tennis courts are located nearby. A short walk or bike ride and your toes are in the Atlantic Ocean.

Shipyard rentals are tucked away in the historic Oaks on the south shore of the island with 12 miles of white sandy beach, bike paths, lagoons, championship golf at the Shipyard Golf Club, tennis courts at the Van der Meer Racquet Club and an abundance of natural beauty.
