Enjoy the ocean breeze from the 2 balconies of this completely remodeled Villamare unit. 2418 Villamare is a 2 bedroom/2 bath condo located on the 4th floor of the Villamare complex. Upon entering you will immediately experience a sense of calm and elegance with upscale coastal touches throughout. The color palette of blue/green/gray/beige allows you to relax and begin planning your vacation activities. Attractive wood flooring runs throughout the condo. To the left is the fabulous kitchen with stainless appliances including a Whirlpool fridge and glass top stove, a large farmhouse stainless sink, substantial marble peninsula open to the dining and living areas and full size front loading washer and dryer. The dining area has a round glass top table resting on a dark wood pedestal with 6 cushioned, skirted chairs.

The living room features a sofa and matching loveseat with dark wood coffee table, 55” TV and DVD player. Sliding doors make for easy access to the balcony, complete with table and 4 chairs for outside dining.

The master bedroom with a king bed is located off the living room and features a classic padded velvet headboard, glass topped bedside tables with great shell design lamps, a mirrored small chest and armoire with 32" flat TV makes this the perfect retreat. A sliding barn door leads to a serene private bath with double sink vanities, a large soaking tub and a walk-in shower.

The 2nd bedroom featuring the same design color scheme is to the right of the front entry and has 2 Queen beds. A wall sign says it all: "Eat, Sleep, Beach, and Repeat". An interesting wood cutout art display showcasing a seahorse and starfish are mounted above each bed. A private bath provides a tub/shower combo and 1 sink vanity. There is access to a small balcony with 2 Adirondack chairs.

Complex amenities include the newly renovated family-friendly pool, sundeck and hot tub area. This project also included the addition of a brand new, adult-only, oceanfront, serenity pool with its own hot tub and sunning deck. Fresh landscaping and pavers have been installed through out these areas, including the gas grilling station and the seasonal fire pit.

Both pools are heated seasonally, March 15th - May 1st and October 15th - December 1st. {These dates are subject to change and out of our control.}
