Winter Get Away

Great property location in Sea Pines...on Hilton Head Island. Close to the beach and a great pool just outside the back door. Plenty of space for a family. Great set up if you have a pet dog. No issues what so ever with the facility.

Good location. Needs updating and cleaning

I like to give very honest reviews as I appreciate them when looking at places to rent. This villa was just okay for our first time to Hilton Head. Good location within sea pines, which is the best area to stay in Hilton Head. 5-10 minute walk to the beach, which seems to be about the closest you can get to the beach in this area. The two bikes came in handy and were fun to ride around. The bike rental was also right across the street if you want to rent more. The pool in this villa was not the cleanest, there were worms all over the bottom so when I was hoping they would be in the pool a lot as we could see it from our window, they did not want to go in it at all. There is no real area to hang out outside, no patio or view, and the grill was cheap so though we usually like to grill out one night, we didn’t because of this. The unit itself is large and accommodated our family of 5 well, though the unit is in need of a deep clean and updates. The bathrooms could use updating, and the unit could use a good scrub down and paint job, the walls and furniture were pretty dirty. A lot of dust bunnies and pet hair on the top of the kitchen shelves which you can see from the balcony. There was one very large cockroach in the kitchen. Otherwise, communication with the rental managers was good. Again, just okay for a 3 night stay, don’t think it is worth the price especially all of the added fees.

Perfect Vacation

We loved this place. It was a very short walk to the beach thru the beautiful Sea Pines Beach Club. Villa was very spacious for four adults and 1 child with a very well equipped kitchen. Also the pool was great only a few steps from the back patio. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay

My family and I enjoyed our stay! Thr few minor issues we had were quickly resolved after contacting the manager and neither issue was crucially important or anything. We loved the location for sure. It was an easy walk to the beach and not far from places we like to visit by car.

Great villa in a great location!

This villa didn’t disappoint. This was my first time staying in Sea Pines, and it was all I had hoped for. A covered entry with a couple of rugs so you’re not tracking in all of the yard debris, a well-stocked kitchen, and great sleeping accommodations for my entire party. And having a heated pool right outside of the back door was a huge plus for the grandkids, something that wasn’t always opened up when we stayed elsewhere on the island. TVs in all of the bedrooms, plus one in the living area meant everyone could watch what they wanted. This location was much quieter than other places I’ve stayed on the island. Dog friendly, yet didn’t look dog abused. A nice walk to the beach in one direction, and an interesting pond with gators and water fowl in the other. The bikes provided also got a good workout. Thanks to the amazing weather while my friends, family and I were there, along with the great accommodations, this truly felt like a little slice of heaven.

Great location!

This property is in a great location in Sea Pines! We were so close to the South Beach Beach Club, Golf club, and centrally located to harbor town! It made riding bikes everywhere super easy!

Just right

Second time with sea pines management group was just as nice as last year. Very convenient to beach club and plantation golf course. Biking is great with 4 bikes available. The place is nicely finished with a great kitchen.

Sea Pines Villa

I enjoyed my quick getaway in Sea Pines to decompress; unfortunately my trip was not long enough! The property is situated right where I could walk or bike all around. I had everything I needed in the villa and Check - in was a breeze. The area is just beautiful. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Great location

This is a great location within Sea Pines. The place was well furnished but needed some maintenance work (bathroom doors wouldn’t shut) and some deep cleaning (under beds and in shower). It was especially nice that we could have our dog stay with us. From the details in the listing it stated a pool was available in the fitness center which we expected to be located in the villa area. It is not. It is located outside Sea Pines which was a big disappointment to the kids in our group. The response to any questions we had was very prompt. We enjoyed our stay but would request a little warmer weather next time please!!

The location was great and very centrally located. The unit could use some updating , especially linens and beach items. I do think it could have been cleaner especially the baths. We did enjoy all the space and the lovely back windows

Fantastic Sea Pines location - Close to beach and lighthouse!

Our family had a lovely stay. Short walk to the beach. Loved the free bikes and used them daily - be sure to bike on the beach during low tide! Kitchen was well stocked (we even cooked Thanksgiving dinner). Were grateful that our pets were welcome. Sea Pines is very, very dog friendly. Looking forward to a return visit.

Excellent value

This is the 8th time my family has vacationed on HHI, but the first at Sea Pines. The villa was clean and met our expectations. It is a short drive to the beach, and the beach was not overly crowded any of the days we went. The only wish we had was that the villa have a working gas grill (not the portable kind). I would highly recommend this property, and would not hesitate to rent it again in the future. The Kane Family Northborough, MA
