Relax & Enjoy Renovated Condo Close to the Beach!

The condo has a rich cozy feel due to the dark custom espresso cabinets. These cabinets are topped with granite countertops with tile backsplash, stainless steel appliances, and a fully equipped kitchen. The floors are top of the line beautiful whitewashed finished laminate that add a real 'beach feel' to the unit. The bathroom has been upgraded with tile shower walls, which is rare in these condos. You have to see the pictures to really understand what this unit has to offer.

The condo sleeps a single family best. There is a queen size bed in the bedroom, a queen size sleeper sofa in the den, and captain bunks built into the hall across from the bedroom that the kids will really love! (these bunk are designed for persons under 5'6' tall).

The table seats 6 comfortably if you choose to eat in and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything that you will need to prepare your meals, including a dishwasher for the clean-up.

There is a 40” HDTV in the den with a Blu-ray player and another 32” HDTV in the bedroom with a DVD player.

There are two beach chairs provided for your use at the beach (The pool provides chairs).

The resort has 3 restaurants on site plus a beach bar and ice cream/snow cone shack right by the pool/beach. The pool is right on the ocean. There are lighted tennis courts and pickle ball courts on site that are free for all guests to use by simply reserving them at the pro shop. There is also a small indoor workout facility on site and an outdoor course as well.

If fishing is your pleasure, there is a catch and release fishing lagoon on-site.
