Quiet Top Floor Condo w/ Ocean View / Sleeps up to 6 / has own washer and dryer

Home Sweet Home is the best way to describe this beautiful, Admiral's Row 2 Bedroom/2 Bath Villa. Everything has been thought out so very well to make sure that you have all the comforts that you need to have the best vacation EVER!

The decor is updated, tasteful and calming (as you can see from the pictures). The master bedroom has a queen bed with a new mattress with a built in mattress topper for added comfort. It has it's own bathroom, which is very clean. The second bedroom has twin beds and they also have mattress toppers. The second bathroom is also very clean and has a full tub and shower. Both bedrooms have TVs and DVD Players.

The kitchen is roomy and well equipped. The dining room table is a 'high' table which gives extra styling to the room. The living room furniture is newer and includes not only a queen sofa sleeper but also an overstuffed chair that converts to a single bed. The bedroom carpeting is was replaced in Jan. 2017.

Oh, and did we mention that this villa really does have its own washer and dryer. This is one of only a very few units in the resort that still have this feature.

Also included are 4 beach chairs, a beach sportbrella, a beach cart and a 'Pack N Play' to use during your stay (sheets NOT included for the 'Pack N Play'). This Villa is very special.

The location of the villa is also very nice. It is located in the Admiral's Row Section of Hilton Head Beach & Tennis. It is Unit #AR442 and has the privilege of being on the top floor with a view of the beautiful ocean from the large balcony.

To get to the beach, just walk across the parking lot, across the boardwalk and the beach is right there. It only takes about three to four minutes…..

The RESORT has the island's largest ocean front pool. There is also a smaller pool located in the Admiral's Row section of the resort.

The kids will be entertained by the pools, the fantastic beach, Ice Cream at Jamaica Joe'z by the ocean front pool, bike riding, shopping and so many other attractions that Hilton Head Island has to offer.

Adults will enjoy the on site Coconutz Sports bar where they are more than willing to put on your game of choice. The bar food is good there also. You can also dine outside with a nice view of the lagoon.

Hilton Head Beach & Tennis is a gated resort providing 24/7 security.

This is a non-smoking villa and pets are not allowed in the resort.

Steve was very easy to work with. Fast response with questions, flexible with check in on first day, and on short notice got a second parking pass which we weren't sure we would need. This on Thanksgiving Eve. The unit was as represented and comfortably equipped. The in-unit W/D is a plus, as we do things that get us dirty, like fishing, clamming, and oystering. He also was grateful to hear of a few minor issues that needed addressing related to some fixtures in the unit, which I appreciate. He obviously wants to keep a good reputation. There were a couple minor cleaning issues which he addressed with the cleaning service and I'm sure have been resolved. Beach was a short walk. There are no streets to cross. (I reserve 5 stars for "I open my door, cross a dune, and their I am). There are pickleball and tennis courts nearby and an active PB community. It wasn't intrusive, just noticeable with the sliders to the balcony open.None of these minor gripes will keep us from renting this unit again. We like HHB and T/PB because of beach access and the on site pub/pizza/bar food restaurant which has occasional entertainment. When the tide is out, you can bike as far as you'd like with bikes rented either on or off property. We chose electric bikes (level 1-it's like riding with the wind always at your back) and could have made Coligny Circle faster, and more safely on the low tide, hard packed beach then on the streets.

The property was properly listed and exceeded expectations. It is tucked nicely away in the most quiet area of the entire property. You can enjoy a view of the Atlantic from the balcony and relax in a peaceful atmosphere. The property had everything we could possibly need. We were especially drawn to the onsite washer/dryer which enabled us to pack light. Everything functioned properly, was clean and Steve was very responsive and informative. I would highly recommend the property to anybody.

Home away from Home (2nd Visit)

Can't say enough wonderful things about this property. The washing machine and dryer were our top amenity. Easy to use for laundry and we didn't worry about having to use the communal laundry room down the hallway. May seem like a small thing, but with kids, and wet towels, it was a game changer for how we packed for our beach trip. Love that this location had multiple lifeguard stations close by. Basically beachfront. Patio was lovely for morning coffee and relaxing. We loved the pool dance party and daily events. Plenty of parking. Safe and secure with a gated entry. My favorite week of the year and with this comfy condo... the family is happy!

Best Owner Communication

While the beginning of our week was rainy, we still had a great experience. This place is right on the beach and the beach itself was clean too. There was a large pool and a smaller one right by our building. I broke my ankle about 5 weeks before our trip, so I was using a knee scooter. There was a ramp to the first floor and an elevator to the 4th floor, so it worked for me. And we were able to rent a beach wheelchair for the week. The owner answered all of my questions within mi yes. If I could I’d give him more than 5 stars. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. We ordered from Coconutz ( which is in the resort) twice and enjoyed our meals both times. I would rent this place again if we return

Wonderful Location

Relaxing Vacation

Wonderful Vacation Home Away From Our Indiana Farm Home

What a delightful, warm, beachy, welcoming condo. Everything was clean and in working order. The Keurig coffee maker was perfect for making our morning coffee and watching some amazing sunrises over the ocean from the balcony. Having a washer and dryer was a super bonus. Steve answered all communication immediately. He was a very gracious host. The property personnel were all very kind and helpfulWe will definitely stay at this condo again when vacationing at Hilton Head Island, SClooking toward the ocean.

The place was as described. Not super luxurious, but a nice comfortable place nonetheless. Good location, clean, and efficient, plenty of room for two to four people. Nicely decorated, and owner was very responsive. You are close to everything.

We really like the condo we stay in AR442. Close to the beach has a washer and dryer new appliances. It is always clean and ready when we arrive. We will stay again next year.
