Home away from home in paradise for Couples.

Welcome to paradise. Our shipyard property is set back in a quiet cul-de-sac. The villa is set up for adult couples to enjoy.


The living room, kitchen, and screened-in porch are located on the top floor. The porch overlooks hole four of the golf course. Extra sunlight pours in from the large bay window, allowing the perfect place to create memories.

Windward Village provides a private pool and hot tub, private beach access, biking/walking trails, tennis, and golf. It is also in the heart of great shopping and many outstanding restaurants.

Our well-kept two-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhouse easily sleeps 2-4. It has a full kitchen that is well equipped and a vaulted family room that leads to the screened-in porch. New tile floors, cabinets, Smart TVs, and more. We take pride in our villa and constantly provide updates.

Some of the best bike trails on the island, right within the gates of the Shipyard, private beach, and a private pool with a hot tub.

This two-story villa has the benefit of being within the private, gated community of Shipyard Plantation, which is security-patrolled. Inside the secluded Shipyard Plantation are 27 holes of Championship Golf, 20 courts (13 clay and 7 hard) at the world-renowned Van der Meer Tennis Center, a beautiful beach, and miles of lighted walking/biking paths.

We are only 0.9 miles from Coligny Beach and 1.2 miles from our private Shipyard beach.

The check in was chaotic with us not being able to get the guest pass for security or entry code or get ahold of the owner for an hour. The place itself was nice although a bit outdated it seemed clean, quiet, and suited our needs.

This was our first time at Shipyard and we enjoyed it. The condo has a reverse floor plan with bedrooms down and kitchen/den up. The screened in porch was fabulous. There is work being done around the golf course daily in the mornings but it did not bother me. The water pressure on the shower was awesome! I did not love the provided linens (they were hot and scratchy) and the pillows were a little flat. Next time I plan to bring my own! I would rent again for sure.

Nice Host and Great Beach/Golf Condo

This condo was very clean, welcoming, and decorated nicely. I’ve been coming to HHI for many years and I would rank this one as a top contender. Being conveniently located to the Shipyard Golf Club, Coligny Plaza is a huge bonus. The owner was great at communicating and we had no issues checking in our out.

Great stay in quiet HHI village

Loved every part of this stay. It was just my wife and I. We certainly would bring another couple with us next time. Plenty of space, very easy to get in touch with owners and nicely kept property.

Lovely spot

We really had a great week at this villa. Stacey was a pleasure to work with, check in was simple. The unit was spotless, had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed speaking a few times with our neighbor, Hans, who gave us recommendations for wonderful restaurants and fun things to do. Windward Village is a great location, walking distance to the Coligny area and The Bank. We loved it here and we’ll be back! I told Hans to expect to see us again, we’ll hang out!

Vacation Away

The property was just as nice as the pictures. Loved the screened in porch to have breakfast outside in the morning and have a glass of wine in the evening. Beds were soft and very comfortable. Great place to stay and would stay there again!!

Another great stay at Stacy's villa!

This is our second year staying at this condo/villa. We loved it there. It's very clean, quiet, and spacious. The condo has a wonderful screened in porch that is truly bug-free! It's super close to everything. We highly recommend it and plan on going back.

Shipyard is a great place to stay. This unit is private being on the end. Looked out to 4th hole on Brigantine golf course. Two miles from the beach, one mile from the golf course. There is no barbecue. Half bath was a plus but needs updating. Screen porch was nice to have. Both bedrooms do not have ceiling fans and could use them. Area is wonderful. So many places to eat and enjoy fresh seafood.

We really liked the location & the townhouse. Our only issue was that the dryer was not working. We advised Stacy but we know that it's generally not possible to get a repairman on such short notice. Stacy refunded us for this issue.

Perfect villa!

We have vacationed in HHI for over 10 years, and this was our first staying in Stacy's villa. It was perfect for us. We loved the floor plan! We especially enjoyed drinking coffee (and at night a little wine!) on the spacious screen porch. The beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms were modern - very nicely remodeled. The neighborhood was quiet and perfectly located on the island. We definitely will rebook next year.

Condo was clean and neat, but some of the dishes were not washed. Several of the coffee cups still had dried residue in them and there were not any high ball, juice or wine glasses. The foam rubber padding on the beds was very uncomfortable and had to be removed in order to sleep.

Sweet villa

Lovely villa which we had a hard time finding our first time in HHI. Water pressure is excellent (very important to us because you never really know). Plenty of room. We used our Netflix password for TV which made it easy. Lovely view from the upstairs patio off the living room. The furniture was not the most comfortable out there. Bedding and pillows were great. Bought a regular coffee maker because we aren’t fans of the coffee from Kuerig. Pool was closed; missed opening by a few days. Didn’t really miss it. Little confusion on best way to reach the host, but it worked out fine.

PERFECT Annual Vacation Getaway Location!

We’ve been going to HHI for our family vacation every summer since my husband and I met years ago, and he’s been vacationing there since he was a child. We loved our stay at this property, it was perfect for the 2 of us since our kids are all off doing their own things now. Hubby played the course several times while there, we rented bikes and rode for miles and miles (one day in the pouring rain and we didn’t even care, lol!) Stacy was wonderful to work with as a property owner and made things super easy and seamless for the renter! We love your place by the sea and hope to return in the future! I asked my husband if there was anything he wanted to add to this - His reply: “Only one thing would have made it even more perfect, a pitcher to mix margaritas in.” 😂 If that’s all he had to say, things were perfect (and I’ll pack him a pitcher next year.) 👍👍

Shipyard Plantation

We had a wonderful time in Hilton Head! The condo was perfect. It was clean and comfortable. Our host was quick to respond and helpful. The bike rental was convenient and worked out perfectly for our trips to the beach. Would definitely stay again.
