Ocean One 209 - Completely Renovated - Spectacular Oceanfront Gem!

New kitchen, baths, flooring, furnishings, you name it. With decks off the living room and master bedroom, guests staying in Ocean One 209 enjoy fantastic views of the Atlantic Ocean and Hilton Head's best beach. Professionally decorated and completely renovated, this unit provides the comforts of home and the luxury of a vacation at the beach. Sleeps 6 people comfortably with a king bed in the master bedroom, two doubles in bedroom 2, and a living room sleeper sofa. After swimming in the surf, enjoy outdoor showering areas and an awesome oceanfront pool.
Ocean One has added a brand new grilling area to the complex just beyond the pool.
Ocean One is a five story complex (includes elevators) located in South Forest Beach. Among the amenities offered throughout Hilton Head Island, Ocean One is one block from the Coligny Beach Market, a quaint downtown area that offers guests a wide selection of restaurants, shopping venues, and entertainment for all ages. This beautiful property sets the standard for oceanfront luxury. The renovated kitchen has stainless appliances, new cabinetry as well as granite countertops. Both bedrooms feature flat screen TVs. This unit has it all and the new owners have gone above & beyond to make your stay as comfortable & relaxing as possible.

The balcony view was gorgeous. We loved staying at this property and specifically, in this unit. You have thought of everything! The only minor criticism is that the pool is very cool. We thought it would have been heated to a warmer temperature. This was not a deal breaker, however. We loved our stay. We enjoyed the fire pit one evening. We enjoyed hearing the live music coming from the Tiki Hut next door. We would love to come again next year!

Ocean One is in a great location. on the beach and a short walk to Coligny Plaza. the Ocean One property and pool area are fantastic! Nice ocean view from the balcony. The unit was recently updated and overall clean and very nice condition. the living room sofa, chairs and dishwasher are in need of being updated as well. Overall the unit and complex are a winner.

Ocean One Beachside

This is a beautiful property with a great view, superb walking access to the beach and restaurants/shops. The property has a very nice newly renovated pool. My sister and I met here for Easter weekend. We especially enjoyed the upscale furnishing and decorating. The balconies overlooking the ocean had the perfect healing effect. Enjoyed!

Great room...great location!

Very convenient location...tiki bar is next door. Many restaurants and stores within walking distance. The condo is fully renovated and the building and property are also in great condition...very clean and updated.

Amazing stay!

We’ve been coming to Ocean One for over 5 years and this has been our favorite condo on the property so far. Everything is renovated and the kitchen is huge, great for a family. Pictures do not do this condo justice. Very clean and great view of pool and ocean. Only advice to guests is to bring extra blankets!

The accommodations were perfect for us. It was probably the shortest walk to the beach from anywhere. We overlooked the pool and we had an amazing view of the ocean. The kitchen is more spacious than it appears and was decorated in a nice beach theme throughout.

Clean but dated

Seashore vacations was amazing in offering us this accommodation when our original rental was under construction. Great location and size with an awesome ocean view. Kitchen was well stocked and the place was clean. The condo could use an overall refresh as bathrooms and furniture were showing their age. There were no hangers which would be an easy fix and the towels were thin and not very absorbant. Most outlets needed to be replaced and would habe been lovely if the windows opened. Overall these things did not take away from a wonderful week on our favourite island. Thanks seashore vacations!

Very nice

Very happy with our stay this past weekend. Location is prime and very simple easy access to beach and condo. 209 was clean and well equipped and very spacious for a 2 bedroom. Property management company was very responsive to a few items that came up.

Perfect location for a family vacation

This was a wonderful property with an amazing view and tremendous ease of access to the pool, the beach, and surrounding activities. Easy walking distance to the playground, restaurants, and grocery store. Provided information on bike rentals that were also as easy as it gets for drop off and pickup (at the central bike lock area on the property). We had an amazing vacation and will return. The only small area of that was not up to par was the cleanliness of the unit on arrival. Overall the unit was clean and in great shape. Excellent up to date renovations and functionality. However the floors were not clean (leaving our feet and socks black from dirt/grime) the rug in the living room seemed to similarly be soiled heavily from sand/dirt and the master shower has a large clump of long dark hair obstructing the drain.

Wounderful stay

The accommodations were very comfortable.; we used every appliance except the iron. The showers were exceptional. We had breakfast and afternoon beverages on the balcony watching the Atlantic roll in. The other guests/residents were very friendly; it was a great visit.

Great spot!

The condo was great! Very big and spacious! Being right on the water was perfect for my family. The only thing is that the couch sinks a lot and is not comfortable to sit on. Also there was so scrubber sponge so I had to go buy one. Besides that the condo was great!!

Nicely furnished and stocked

Very clean and nicely furnished and decorated condo. Appreciated having kitchen essentials and not having to supply our own. They had pots and pans, coffee machine, tableware, china, knife set. Had all the basic comforts of home. Condo was as advertised.

One of our best VRBO experiences

Very clean and comfortable. I selected this choice from others at the same venue because it was advertised as being recently upgraded. And it was. Very well appointed, clean and updated. This was our "post-Covid vaccination getaway", and we couldn't have selected a better venue for our first get-away in over a year. We've visited Hilton Head Island several times over the years. This was our best experience, perhaps because, in our mid-70's we can finally treat ourselves to beach front. This accommodation is very well-appointed. The grounds are meticulously maintained, and there's a wonderful, large pool and access to the wide beach. There's even an area with several gas grills for outdoor food preparation. Three tips: (1) our car's GPS directions led us to another management company, which is two doors away from the actual management company. We had short scare when our after hours check-in didn't recognize our reservation. That's really my fault for not matching the management company's address with our confirmation; (2) For the first two days, we assumed that the exterior door automatically locked on departure, like a hotel room door. It turns out that we had to enter the keypad code upon both departure and entry. This proved to be no big deal, because no one attempted to enter the condo during our absence; (3) I'm sure it was disclosed in the contract, which I didn't fully read, but VRBO's fee is not included in the "all-inclusive" price. Takeaway: I definitely recommend this property and hope to return one day. We have "tagged" the property for a future family reunion.

RELAXING HHI STAY

The condo was as advertised, and check-in and check-out were as smooth as possible. Great HHI location, and a short walk to several restaurants. We found the Ocean One property safe, quiet, and relaxing with a nice pool area. The ocean views from the condo properties were beautiful, and the beach is a short walk. Really enjoyed our relaxing stay!
