BEAUTIFUL REMODELED VILLA JUST STEPS TO THE OCEAN

Relax and enjoy our remodeled and completely furnished ocean villa, that is a quick 2-minute walk to the nicest beach and the largest oceanfront pool on the island.
The kitchen has all new cabinets, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, unique snack bar and all of the utensils you need.
Relax on new Living Room furniture including a queen size sleeper sofa, swivel chairs, drapes and a wall mounted flat screen TV with cable. You will find plenty of room to stretch out and enjoy the quiet surrounds.
The Bedroom has a queen size bed, large dresser, night stands, wall mounted flat screen TV and a unique built-in computer work area with USB charging ports.
There is also a large closet with organizer to maximize your storage. All towels and linens are provided.
The private deck is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee while listening to the birds singing, or if you prefer the new table and chairs make a great dining area for a snack or a full meal.
Enjoy free WIFI and Cable TV while you relax and rest up for your next adventure.
It's a quick 2-minute walk to the ocean and also the islands largest waterfront pool with a great Tiki/Beach Bar and waterfront deck adjacent to it.

Pros: Definitely close to the pool & the beach - few minutes to walk there. Had everything we needed (within reason) to stay in & cook most of our meals. The owners were very friendly, responsive, & overall great communication & nice to work with!Cons: The bed was not a queen, it was a double & it could definitely use a mattress topper or some additional padding. The “balcony” was on the first floor & had a view of the parking lot. Overall: It was a nice little place & pretty cozy. We were looking for a place on the beach & with a pool …& we got those things!!

Anniversary Trip

We stayed at this property for our 5th year wedding anniversary & decided to take the kiddos with us. This property was everything we hoped it would be and more. It was perfect for us & the kiddos. The condo was very clean, the pool was very spacious & the beach was steps away. We hope to return soon.

We loved the condo! It had everything you need. We only used the bedroom, bathroom and table to play cards. We ate out for our meals. If you need a nice kitchen it was set up nicely! Toilet paper was provided and garbage bags too. The location was great for pool, beach and getting around town. It was very quiet as well. The decor was nicely done too. I did not give 5 stars because our last day we had to let pest control come spray and we felt uncomfortable with that. If we stay again we would ask if pest control would spraying that week. All in all was an excellent trip and condo was great. Also there were beach chairs on porch but we brought our own. That was nice though that they were available if needed.

Great Stay!

We had a great time while here. Easy access to the beach as well as the pool. Super close to other fun activities and good food. We didn’t need much everything was just fine when we arrived. Would like to come back if dates and availability line up!

Location and communication were amazing!

The condo was exactly as described. It was perfect, and on the first floor, with the handicapped ramp right near by. The close location to the pool and ocean was great. Though the tropical storm shortened our vacation by a few days, the owners were accommodating and wonderful to work with! We plan to come back and stay again in the future!

Fabulous Host

They communicated regularly and even helped when we forgot the code on 2nd entry. They also include some humor in their response which we love!!! It is a typical 1 bedroom unit in Hilton Head. !st floor a bonus, As close to the beach and pool as possible in HH. We did very little cooking but what we did do the kitchen was adequate.. As I landlord myself I appreciate the effort they make to keep it as nice as possible between guests. Would and probably will return to this unit in the future... Im a tennis buff and we love the ocean, so we love HH and this place was perfect for our needs. BTW Equipped well for the beach.

Beach was nice, but very busy and crowded. Living room furniture could use a good cleaning. Fabric was visibly dirty. I didn’t even sit on any of it. Bathroom shower curtain had soap scum and mold on it. Bedroom could use new pillows. Very flat and uncomfortable. Tv remote missing in bedroom. Had to get out of bed to turn the tv off and on. Neighbors somewhere were smoking weed and the smell traveled in and out of the condo. I’ve been coming to HHI for 30 years and it’s the first time staying at Folly field beach area. Would not do it again. Definitely nicer areas on the island.

Great Stay!

We loved the place and had everything we needed! All the extra towels were super nice, and there were even homemade cookies upon arrival. My only suggestion would be that there were no hooks outside on the patio to hang wet suits and towels. This would have been very helpful.

Great condo

The condo was very neat and clean. It was nicely updated. It was easy to access and the surrounding grounds where very well kept. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach. I would gladly recommend this condo to others.

A perfect stay!

We decided last minute to take a trip to Hilton head for our wedding anniversary and birthday and the owners responded so quickly and made special arrangements for us to be able to arrive that night! The owners are the sweetest couple and that just made our trip even sweeter. They knew it was a birthday trip and surprised me with a birthday cake in the fridge! They made it so special and so welcoming I wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else when we come again! They have everything you need inside, bath towels, beach chairs, soaps, blenders, pots, pans, utensils, everything. The location of this condo is on an amazing resort with a huge pool, kiddie pool, food, snack and cold drink bar, showers at each private beach entrance and bike rentals right at the entrance of the resort! The security are friendly! They drive around during the daytime and walk the property at night. They have a huge playground on the resort behind E and F condos! This specific condo is a 2 minute walk to the private beach entrance! The back porch balcony faces towards the beach! Condo is a 1st floor! There is a ramp to go up and down if you cannot go up the 8 or so stairs to the first floor. 4 minutes from Whole Foods! We loved our stay and will stay again and again. Huge shout out to the sweet owners of this condo! Also, the resort is well taken care of, they blow the sand off the boardwalk every morning! We are a family of 3 including a 3 year old and it was perfect.

Last Minute Getaway

Beautiful property for a summer getaway!

Loved our stay very much as it was a perfect place for two! Property owners were excellent to communicate with and everything listed was advertised. Would definitely love to stay again as the immaculate cleanliness was a huge selling feature to my wife and I!

First HHI mini vacay

We had a great first time at Hilton Head! The owners were great to work with and had quick replies to any questions. The only con would be this room has no ocean view which we originally thought but still a quick minute walk to the beach.

Nice condo

Nice place, well equipped and great proximity to the beach and pool. They should upgrade the sleeper couch. The pad / mattress was not anything an adult should be sleeping on.
