Admirals Row 306: True Direct Oceanfront W/Panoramic Oceanview

Words cannot describe the excitement when you step in our 'Ocean Cliff' villa (Admirals Row 306): through the hallway and living room, you can see the beach, the Atlantic Ocean and blue sky right in front of you! When you get to the balcony, you will have a 180 degree, unobstructed view of the ocean and the beach. This condo is on the third floor and right in the middle of the Admirals Row Building A, which is right on the edge of the beach! Please note that many other units claim that they are oceanfront. Be sure to ask them which building it is in. Only Admirals Row Building A is right on the beach. Other buildings are either 1,000 feet away or behind Building A which will not have the true oceanfront view and location our unit has.

Before we get to the details of the unit, we would like to let you know that we have done some very nice upgrades during the off season:
- Brand new (11/13/2021) Serta Perfectsleeper Glenmoor 3.0 hybrid pillow top mattress with medium firmness
- Brand new (2019), top of the line Dekton countertop from Home Depot, along with brand new stainless steel Moem faucet and undermount stainless steel sink.
- Re-chalked the bathroom shower and added shelved bathroom organizer.
- Replaced both nightstands in the bedroom.
- Replaced the blinds next to the front door.

The villa has a very unique style with Mexican floor tiles and hand painted Morocco art wall tiles throughout. We love the rustic style but some people may not like it as much so please consider it before booking. This is what jumps out as the most striking part of the unit, except for its oceanfront view and location. Please note that these are special handmade tiles; while beautiful, it's neither flat nor even. It may cause some issues for people with wheelchairs or child strollers. It is also beautifully decorated with accessories, furnished with fine furniture and well equipped for your vacation needs.

The bedroom is open with door and walls take down so it is very spacious with a huge closet. However, it also means that it has no privacy. The bed is queen size. There are two new nightstands. On one side of the bed, there is a large dresser with four drawers with a Samsung Smart TV on top. On the other side of the bed next to the window to the hallway, there a long bench.

The bathroom has a shower booth (not tub!), along with a toilet (low seat height at 14 1/2 inches - could be a problem if you have trouble squatting down) and a sink. We just put a shelf above the toilet to add some storage space for your use.

We have just remodeled the kitchen area. New for 2019 is top of the line Dekton countertop from Home Depot. We also replaced the sink and faucet with brand new stainless steel units. We chose the more expense undermount style to give it a cleaner look and more countertop space. Next to the countertop, we have a new electric range/oven unit. On the other side the kitchen area, we have a large refrigerator with ice maker. We also have a 12 cup coffee maker and a toaster oven on the countertop. A microwave is on top of a table in the living area.

You will enjoy the beautiful ocean and beach view from the kitchen, dining room, living room area and of course the balcony. The dining table can be extended to double the length as needed. The entertainment center is equipped with a new for 2021 smart TV.

WIFI Internet access is available in our condo, at no charge to you. So bring your laptop, surf the Internet while watching the waves!

Late 2012, we replaced the entire HAVC system to make the unit more comfortable all year around. Due to the fact that the unit is so close to the ocean, there is sometimes some humidity in the air. So we installed a separate dehumidifier in the living room next to the refrigerator. It is set at 50. Please check daily and pour out the water in the bucket when it is full to keep the moisture to a comfortable level. You can turn it off while watching TV to reduce noise level in the living room and turn it back on later if you feel it's too humid.

For your convenience, we provide the following items (commonly asked, not a complete list): bathroom starter set (toilet paper, soap), kitchen starter set (dishwasher detergent), linens for the bed and sofa bed (in a plastic bag); towels (no beach towels); foldable chairs and umbrella for the beach; coffee maker; blender; iron and board, etc.

There are also better beach chairs and umbrella for rent on the beach as well – check with the live guards on the beach. Bike rental is also available near the security gate.

Our unit is in the middle of the third floor of the oceanfront Admirals Row Building A. The building is just steps away from the beach. There is an elevator a few steps from the unit, as well as a coin operated laundry room.

The Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort has a long list of amenities for your family to enjoy. It boasts the widest beach (which is right in front of the balcony) and the largest oceanfront pool on the island (and a smaller pool is right next to our building - Admirals Row); ten lighted tennis courts; a tennis pro shop (tennis instruction is available as well); a kids' playground; a basketball court; barbecue areas and a fishing lagoon. Your safety is guarded by a 24 hour security gate and regular security patrols. There is a convention center on the resort that has a convenience shop, a restaurant, a sports lounge, and an exhibition center.

Golf courses are everywhere on the island. Many shopping centers and outlet malls are on and off the island.
