3421 Villamare is located on the fourth floor of Building 3 in the beautiful Villamare Oceanfront complex. Updated throughout, guests will enjoy the peaceful views, coastal colors, accessories and vibe, beautiful furniture, and spacious comfort throughout. This is the perfect beach retreat for you and your family & friends.

When you walk in, the spacious and inviting open floor plan draws you in. The updated kitchen is front and center and features a large island that has seating for two, with built-in stove top, colorful backsplash, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and several white cabinets. This kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need from quick breakfasts and lunches to gourmet evening dining. The front-loading washer and dryer are hidden in cabinets near the kitchen. Gray hardwood flooring and light green painted walls throughout complete the beachy feel of this bright and open space.

Just beyond the kitchen is the spacious living area that has large windows making the space feel even more open, bringing the beauty of the outdoors in. The dining room table has a built-in bench plus three seats. In the living room you will find a tan sectional couch and a mounted 45” TV. You have access to the covered balcony from here where there is a wicker table for six.

The Master bedroom is located just off the living area and features a King bed, bench seat, and a mounted 40" TV. A private, updated bathroom with double vanity and large walk-in shower. Sliding glass doors provide access to the main balcony which overlooks the landscaped grounds and offers peeks of the Atlantic Ocean, complex pool, and beach.

The Guest bedroom is on the other side of the living area and has two Double Beds, 32" TV and a private updated bathroom with double vanity and walk-in shower only. There are sliding glass doors that lead out to a private balcony with a table and two chairs.

Complex amenities include the newly renovated family-friendly pool, sundeck and hot tub area. This project also included the addition of a brand new, adult-only, oceanfront, serenity pool with its own hot tub and sunning deck. Fresh landscaping and pavers have been installed through out these areas, including the gas grilling station and the seasonal fire pit.

Both pools are heated seasonally, March 15th - May 1st and October 15th - December 1st. {These dates are subject to change and out of our control.}

There are plenty of bike paths, a lagoon system where you will enjoy canoeing, biking, golf, and tennis all close by. This villa is guaranteed to make you want to stay year after year and make this your "home away from home"!
