Racquet Club Villa 2330 is a one bedroom condo located just a short walk from Harbour Town in Sea Pines, HILTON HEAD ISLAND'S PREMIERE BEACH AND GOLF RESORT. The villa features:

The living room has a large flat screen TV, as well as access to the private deck that overlooks the lagoon on Heron Point Golf Course. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a Keurig coffee maker, and opens up to the dining room. Additional amenities include wireless internet and a private washer/dryer. The master bedroom has a luxury mattress on the king bed and a TV. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room for extra sleeping area. This particular condo is located on the second floor, which is accessed by stairs.

Racquet Club Villas are located on the Heron Point golf course, very close to the shopping, dining and marina activities in Harbour Town. This complex offers an outdoor swimming pool and on-site clay tennis courts. Racquet Club guests may either take a short drive to the beach or catch the complimentary Sea Pines beach trolley (seasonal). Beach Access Information: Guests often access the beach via the Sea Pines Beach Club, which offers restaurants, a beach bar and restroom facilities. The Beach Club is free to use, but in May 2018 Sea Pines implemented $10/day parking fee during the summer (Memorial Day ā€“ Labor Day); you can still access the Club by bicycle or Trolley for free (seasonal). An alternative ā€œfreeā€ beach parking option is Coligny Beach Park - located outside the back gate of Sea Pines. Coligny has restrooms, changing rooms and a fun splash pad for kids.

Sea Pines is the largest and best known of the Islandā€™s vacation destinations, this 5,000-acre resort includes the Harbour Town Links of the RBC Heritage fame, as well as Hilton Headā€™s iconic candy-striped lighthouse. Guided horseback rides with Lawton Stables Equestrian Center take guests into the 605-acre forest preserve, while the bustling marinas at South Beach and Harbour Town offer shopping, dolphin cruises, kayak rentals and sunset dinners. Sea Pines is bordered by both the Atlantic Ocean and the Calibogue Sound, providing miles of unspoiled beachfront access.

We didnt have air conditioner for 2 days. It was rough being on vacation and coming back to the apartment that was 85 degrees. I couldn't open the master window because there was no screen and the bugs were bad

Great location. You can easily walk to the lighthouse. The condo is a great value. They recently repaired some sheet rock, resulting in some sheet rock dust in the bathroom. The bed is very nice and a nice view off the back deck.

The location is excellent with plenty to do within walking or bicycling distance. Miles of beautiful paved bike/walking trails, very nice restaurants, the ocean, great golf etc. The condo was very clean and had all one would need for a lengthy stay. We were there for 10 nights and truly enjoyed our time............

Our first visit to Hilton Head - was amazing Location and cycling trails perfect - beach was awesome- seating at rental was less than ideal - but overall a very good holiday - rental location needs some time ups for sure but should be easily addressed if owners bothers

We came in town to go to a wedding and play golf. The rental we stayed at served our purpose and everything was in walking distance, which made it nice.. the property was budget friendly but couldā€™ve used a little updating. But all in all a good experience.

Condo is what we expected from the Racquet Club Villas. A bit roomier than other one-bedrooms. Short walk to Harbour Town and Sea Pines Center. We cook in most days, and stove didn't function day 1, but repairman came day 2 and got it working. Gate pass into Sea Pines was supposed to be waiting for us, but we ended up having to purchase one (still hoping for reimbursement on that). We were there over New Year's, so communication was pretty timely for a holiday period.

The condo was in great proximity to everything. We road bikes everywhere and going out to dinner was always a short drive. The Condo needed some updating, and a few drywall repairs and paint would be nice. There was a hole in the bathroom drywall next to the toilet. All in all a very nice condo just could use alttle updating. Thanks for letting us stay.

We loved our long weekend at this property. The view from the porch is 5 stars alone. It is a very clean and comfortable spot, close to everything we love in Hilton Head. Great for a small family, especially if youā€™re bringing a travel crib for a little one. Plenty of room to set it up in the bedroom and enjoy a little tv before calling it a night yourself.

The good :Great location! Walk to all Harbour Town has to enjoy in minutes! At first glance was clean and nice but a little dated ! But that's okay, it's a lower cost last minute rental The not so good : The arms on the couch and chairs in the living room were filthy / greasy. The sliding door Blinds were damaged and missing the part needed to open and shut them. The Teflon coated skillet had deep scratches in the bottom and the spatula had dried on food still on it. During our first night, we started having issues. My wife started having a dry cough and I..a runny nose. Next day we were out most of the day and felt much better. Later that night symptoms returned. Didn't think too much of it till the end of the following day when we noticed we were feeling much better again and wondered it it could be that maybe we were allergic to something in the condo. I happened to look in the closet by the washer and was HORRIFIED by what i saw. The air handler was just covered in dust. The air filter was completely clogged and was just laying between the wall and the unit and wasn't even the proper size. The air handler itself is almost clogged solid with dust and who knows what else and possibly a fire hazard when the heat gets turned on this fall season. According to the maintenance sticker on the air handler the last time it was serviced was 2/13/19. We considered calling the host. The reason why we didn't was that year old issues never were taken care of anyway. took many photos !!
