2315 Villamare is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath villa located on the 3rd floor with beautiful garden views. This villa has recently undergone a complete renovation with updated baths, kitchen and furnishings.

To the left of the entrance is the guest bedroom featuring two queen beds, two chairs and a 50” SMART TV. The sliding doors open to a private covered balcony with two chairs that have ottomans. Enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the views of the water fountain and garden. The private bathroom has a single granite topped vanity and a tub/shower combo.

To the right of the entrance is the open floor plan kitchen, dining and living room. The kitchen has beautiful custom cabinets, granite countertops, four leather cushioned bar stools, and stainless-steel appliances. In the kitchen closet is the stacked washer and dryer. The adjacent dining room table seats four. The living room has a blue sofa, two swivel chairs, a white coffee table with four cushioned stools and a mounted 55” SMART TV. The sliding doors open to a covered balcony where there is a round table that seats four and overlooks the water fountain and yard.

Behind the French style doors is the large master suite featuring a king bed, a sleeper sofa that sleeps one and a 50" SMART TV. The ensuite bath has a single granite topped vanity and a walk-in shower with custom tiling.

Complex amenities include the newly renovated family-friendly pool, sundeck and hot tub area. This project also included the addition of a brand new, adult-only, oceanfront, serenity pool with its own hot tub and sunning deck. Fresh landscaping and pavers have been installed through out these areas, including the gas grilling station and the seasonal fire pit.

Both pools are heated seasonally, March 15th - May 1st and October 15th - December 1st. {These dates are subject to change and out of our control.}

Palmetto Dunes is one of the premiere areas of Hilton Head Island and has three miles of beach, three signature golf courses, world-renowned tennis, and an 11-mile lagoon system where guests can kayak, canoe and fish.
