THE SETTING: Some of the most spectacular views on Hilton Head Island are reserved for just a select few—and 1880 Beachside Tennis Villas is one of them. Perched on the fourth-floor corner of the sought-after Beachside Tennis Villas, this beautifully appointed BESTNEST Luxe is one of only four corner residences that enjoy sweeping (and more than 180-degree) views of the Atlantic Ocean and Calibogue Sound. From sunrise over the beach to breathtaking sunsets that paint the sky each evening, the ever-changing waterfront scenery becomes the backdrop to every moment of your stay.
Located in the heart of South Beach Marina Village, you'll enjoy one of Sea Pines' most desirable locations, where the beach, waterfront dining, shopping, bike paths, and iconic Salty Dog Cafe are all just moments away. Whether you're watching dolphins from the balcony, strolling the shoreline, or simply relaxing with a glass of wine as the sun disappears over the water, this villa offers an unforgettable coastal experience from the moment you arrive.

POOL: The Beachside Tennis Villas oceanfront pool is located just beyond the boardwalk, making it easy to alternate between the pool deck and the sand throughout the day. The pool is open seasonally from April through September and is not heated.

LUXE SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS INCLUDE: Sleeps 6 comfortably / / 1 King Bed / / 2 Queen beds. The spacious primary suite features a king bed, beautifully appointed furnishings, ensuite bath, and Smart TV. The guest bedroom includes two comfortable queen beds, Smart TV, and easy access to the villa’s fully renovated second bathroom. Both bathrooms feature spacious walk in showers and dual vanity sinks.

FULLY STOCKED KITCHEN: Whether you're preparing fresh local seafood, enjoying a leisurely breakfast before heading to the beach, or gathering for evening appetizers while watching the sunset, the exceptionally equipped kitchen provides everything needed for effortless vacation dining. High-quality cookware, matching dinnerware, generous serving pieces, and ample glassware make cooking and entertaining feel just as comfortable as home—only with a much better view.

VEHICLES/ATTACHMENTS: Denied entry to Sea Pines include motorcycles/scooters, any vehicle categorized as an RV (this includes vans with hook-ups), boats, jet skis, and trailers.

HOW FAR TO BEACH: Simply head down the elevator or stairs and across the boardwalk-- and you're there!

PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATION POLICY: For reservations made thirty (30) days or less days prior to arrival, payment in full is due at the time the reservation is made. For reservations made thirty-one (31) days or more prior to arrival, payment of 25% of the total is required, and the full amount of the travel insurance premium, if accepted, is required at the time of booking. The balance of the final total is required thirty (30) days prior to arrival. Long-term winter reservations policy differs- please inquire. You are welcome to cancel your reservation without penalty and receive a full refund of your deposit up to 31 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made 14 to 30 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund of the total payment. At 13 days prior to arrival, your reservation becomes non-cancelable and non-refundable. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
