"This house was a good landing place for our large family gathering. We liked the well-appointed kitchen and comfortable gathering area in the living room. "We had a fabulous family Thanksgiving vacation at Rocking Horse Acres! The house was clean and well appointed. We loved the living room with the wood burning fireplace and we made a huge Thanksgiving meal in Amy’s well appointed kitchen. Everyone had a most enjoyable stay. Thank you!!"

"Walkable to town, beds were comfy"

"Very nice house to use as a base for a Doylestown wedding. Nothing fancy, but we weren't there that much. Very clean, comfortable and quiet with a nice kitchen. Great AC! The one problem was the entrance--It was very hard to find even when we knew it was hidden. Also it was hard to get out on the very busy road--visibility from the driveway to the road was obscured even for a right turn."

"We have an 8 year old autistic grandson and the property was very safe for him. We did have to purchase doorknob covers for the doors to keep him from getting out but other than that it was great. Lots of toys for the kids to play with to keep them busy. Very clean. Location was very easy to find and get to. Very close to Sesame Place which was the purpose of our trip.
