"The house was clean when we walked in and even smelled clean which is always a plus. Had no major issues with our stay. It was nice being close enough to Waco that it only took 12min to get to Baylor and only 7min from Homestead which was nice for morning pasties and coffee. Extra points also for having a pizza pan."

"We had a great experience. The communication from them was excellent, definitely above anyone I have dealt with. The property is new but has great accommodations, especially if you RV. We rented one of the cabins."

"We had a great experience at this property!"

"Loved the place. Very quiet and tucked away but close to all the Waco amenities."

"Great little spot close to river and a short drive to lake"

"The place was cozy and close to west fest. Was perfect for what we wanted"

We stayed for our daughter’s Baylor Graduation and absolutely loved the view from the deck, and the comfort of the home. We will definitely come back to stay here again simply for the pleasure of staying and enjoying the view and a vacation. 100% recommend. I. Fairness to those who want to be close to the action- this home is about a 20 minute drive into...
