"I booked this property because it had a five-star rating and reviews describing it as very clean. However, each morning when I woke up, I found German roaches crawling in the kitchen. I also discovered what appeared to be blood stains on one of the pillows. I reported the problems and asked to be refunded for the remaining days so I could move to a clean rental, but my request was denied. I ended up leaving because I did not feel comfortable staying there. I do not believe I should have to pay...

"This was a lovely little place. I stayed in it with my daughter and a friend of hers because they wanted to go to music festival down the road. The house I had a couple of questions during the day, and the host was really receptive and friendly. I would return. Definite recommend! It’s cozy, but that’s the way we liked it. "The house was clean but in the description states it has A/C which in my opinion is misleading. The A/C is window only. It kept most of the house cool but one of the bedrooms was a little hot. Also the mattress in the bedroom off the living room really needs to be replaced. I slept on it one night and woke up the next day with a nightmare backache. My son and I changed beds, even though he is a young in shape guy he said the mattress did not provide much support. He thought it looked like one...

"Our stay was extremely disappointing and was impacted by several maintenance and safety issues. When we arrived, there was no propane for the grill, even though the grill was listed as an amenity. I had to go purchase propane myself, only to find that the grill still did not work properly. There were ants on the kitchen counters upon arrival.
