"I cannot say enough wonderful things about this property and its owners. Beautiful home, beautiful neighborhood, lots of peace and quiet. Owner Karen really went all out to make sure our stay was peaceful and comfortable. "My husband and I booked this stay for our anniversary. It was absolutely perfect! The treehouse was well stocked with everything we needed. "We stayed here for graduation weekend! Great location, walkable to downtown and campus. Very clean and perfect for the occasion. A couple recommendations for the accommodations-a lamp for the bedside tables, a full length mirror somewhere in the house, a couple more chairs in the living area for sitting, a couch that wasn’t so low to the ground and a couple chairs on the front porch to enjoy outdoors when nice. But would definitely stay here again when we are in town!"

"We traveled as a team to Iowa for a volleyball tournament. We had 12 athletes and the coaches and the house was perfect for our team. We were able to eat our meals together in the spacious kitchen/living room. The girls all were able to stay in the same room and there was more than enough room for all of us to stay. We went to the beach one day and were only 20 minutes from Corallville which is where we played the tournament. It was a great stay at a great property!"

"We had a group of seven guys for a golf outing that stayed in this house. We absolutely loved this place. First, the house was immaculate and in great shape. There were enough beds and couches for everyone. The location was great to access Iowa City and the surrounding areas. The hosts were great and check in was seamless. We could not have been happier and enthusiastically recommend this house."
