"Positive: early check in. Friendly staff willing to help when asked. Negatives: crumbs all over the room. Fridge leaking water and not cooling properly. Tv not working. Sliding doors hard to open and close. Neighboring room had guests smoking pot and cigarettes on the balcony and the smell wafted into our room. Extra door lock somehow engaged and locked us out of the room. Uncomfortable couch and chairs."

"I got a last-minute, last room on a Wednesday. The price was good for the location. Despite the (tacky) haunted mansion attraction across the street, and public restrooms located in their parking lot. This is an older, but clean, property that It is right on the boardwalk, steps away from the beach, and closer to the pier than the Neptune statue (but not far!). There is a small restaurant that serves expensive, for what it is worth bottled beer bar onsite. I did not eat at the restaurant...

"This is a great hotel for a budget friendly week at the beach with family and kids. The rooms were clean, the staff made up the room each day. The continental breakfast was decent. You’re a very short walk to the beach. Our 2 year old loved the kiddie pool. It helped with kind of teaching her to swim. My only complaint this stay was one of the elevators were down so waiting on elevators was a bit of a hassle. But taking the stairs helped walk off some of the amazing food we had while in Virginia...

"Beautiful view and a great room for the most affordable price close to the ocean. Water pressure was also great. My only complain is the internet, it was not good. Everything else was beyond my expectations and I would come back"

"The towels were so old and stained, the bed coverings were so old and dirty! There was dust all over the countertops. We thought we could stay but after about an hour we felt so disgusted we had to leave and rent a hotel down the road. Me and my wife have been married 26 years and we both agreed this was the worst place we have ever stayed!!!"

"The room had a smell as pets lived inside .Which when u went to the desk he stayed that’s the cleanest and so I need a smell good to hang up.I was kind of disappointed.But my mom used to be a housekeeper so she brought products and cleaned it up.We also paid for a queen size bed but we received full.But the best thing about this place was the pool it was nice and cleaned everyday and we had a wonderful time inside because the beach was super hot .I would rate this place 5/10"
