"Hotel novo com boas instalações, porém ao chegar no quarto, vimos que a cama estava com lençóis usados. Solicitei a troca, mas já não havia camareira disponível. A recepcionista nos trocou de quarto, mas fomos para um quarto menor que o anterior. Não havia amenities e tivemos que descer à recepção para buscar. O café da manhã é grátis e bem razoável. Há também uma estação do Starbucks no bar do hotel, o que é muito conveniente. A localização do hotel é bem distante do centro de Austin, então...

"We stayed here only one night and were pleased with our stay. The AC blew nice and cold all night(something essential for any Texas stay!). The room was thoughtfully stocked with plenty of towels, bottled water, coffee, and dishes. I greatly appreciated the communications I received via text before, during, and after our stay. This would be a great place to stay as a group or party for an event! "
