"Love the location! We stayed in Room 6 - the two bedroom suite. So nice to have so much space! Two bedrooms, nice big bathroom, a fridge and counter and a living room to hang out in! The elevator was super slow, but it was super easy to take the stairs. Super easy free parking right outside. We LOVED the Dilworth. The staff is lovely. "When trying to get into our room the safety latch had been turned to keep anyone from getting into the room. Had to go back to lobby to get help. The clerk tried to accuse us of turning the latch. Told her we were just checking in and haven't even been in the room. She had no way to get the door open. Had to go back to lobby to get another room. Then back to get my partner and carry everything to another floor. Was very inconvenient since we are elderly. Breakfast wasn't anything to brag about."
