"Paid thru Expedia with affirm. At check in they could not process the damage deposit on Expedias form of payment. So instead of just putting the deposit on a different card they made me pay for the entire stay again. They could clearly see I had prepaid but refused to accept it. Terrible service. "

"When is the last time you and your partner slept in a double bed?
Horseshoe Bay allows you to bring your pet. Our reservation was for a king bed with lake view. But they put us in a ‘villa’ with no view and double bed! So uncomfortable .we were not told that pets were not allowed in the main building when we registered. It was difficult to sleep."

"We loved our rooms. I was worried because of the previous reviews I had read. But its in the perfect location. The beds were super comfy and rooms clean and the front desk receptionist was very friendly and helpful! The price was also very reasonable! I'll definitely stay again when we are back in that area!"
