This has 3 bedrooms 2 full baths a steam shower pus a loft the kids will love all the amenities for a family getaway with friends. BBQ grill fireplace firepit on Atv / snowmobile walking/ cross country ski trails w Lake access Quiet peaceful Up north getaway. Better than any motel within 200 miles 5 star ratings from all our guests. Sleeps 12 with Sleeper couch. Brand new Washer and Dryer and laundry supplies free.Theplace is the perfect all in one vacation spot on offroad trails with lake and golf course as well as hiking cross country ski trails small town charm and home cooking just a short 3 mile ride. .Located on 1,400 wooded acres, the villa has miles of cross-country skiing, snowmobile, and snowshoe trails and sliding. Summer activities include outdoor pool, a nine-hole golf course, tennis court, mountain biking on both natural and paved trails, hiking trails, and Boating and fishing are available on Hill Lake. Stroll along the water's edge, go berry picking, or view the many different species of birds in the area. This area is a vacationer's dream. This lovely resort is a place where families return again and again. Guests will experience the unmistakable peace and solitude of "Minnesota's North Woods", as well as numerous attractions nearby. Visit Forest Historical Center, the Judy Garland Museum, Mississippi Showboat, Grand Rapids and Aitkin shopping, antique shops, Iron World, Itasca State Park (headwaters of the Mississippi), Hill Annex Mine, and the Port of Duluth. There is something to capture everyone's interest. ( Just a few steps away there is a "SISTER" villa available so you can rent both and have room for large bacationd

Fall Wheelin Weekend

We stayed here for its proximity to the trail system. Property was very clean upon arrival! The pictures are exactly what youā€™ll see when you open the door. They have games for family/adult fun which which led to a lot of laughs for us in the evening. Doyle was very responsive and a great host. I had the opportunity to meet him in person prior to checkout, and had great conversation. We will return for our annual trip next year.

Great Family Accommodations

We were there for a family memorial in Grand Rapids which was a ways from where we spent our days, but the facilities fit our needs and the manager was very thoughtful in making sure stay was fun. We flew in from out of state and being in a functional home-like facility with appliances and supplies made trip less stressful. And, the snacks was nice. thank you, Peggy

Hill city family getaway

Perfect spot for the family all beds very comfortable close to the dock and town. Everything you need is there and then some. Book it. You wonā€™t be disappointed we were not. Host answered very quickly to any questions and we will certainly book again

Had a wonderful stay. It was close to family and not too far into Grand Rapids. We wish parking was better, only room for one car in front of condo, and had to walk a block to the parking lot. Not ideal for families with young children.

Hill City Wedding

Check in was simple, code worked perfect. Beds slept well. Our 4-yr-old grandson loved the loft and wanted to spend lots of time there! The little goodie basket were an awesome touch. Parking was a bit tight, because of all the ATV's, but we figured it out and all was well. Thanks again for a great stay. Nancy

Sheā€™s a beaut!

We had a wonderful stay at the Villa! There was a dock space for the boat which made being in the water a breeze! The Villa is fully furnished resembling all the comforts of home. Bring some storage bags for leftovers if your cooking to keep larger bowls and containers free for cooking. Doyle was on the spot with answering any questions we had. The pool is a welcomed break from the work of the boat, the kids loved it. The walk from the Villa to the dock can be a little much if you have mobility issues, but the sunset is worth the walk! We have stayed at Quadna multiple times in the past. I would highly recommend staying at Doyleā€™s place. Get to the treats they leave out before the kids do!!!

Enjoyed our stay. Location was good; close to lake and golf course. ATV trails were good as well. One suggestion would be to provide covers for pans for cooking in the kitchen, a can opener, and supply of ketchup. Overall, I would recommend this VBRO to others as a great place to spent some quality time with family or friends.

Well kept and accurately marketed property

My wife and I with our 4 kids (one married) enjoyed the 3 bedroom and loft with 2 bed set-up. We rented a boat from R&R in Grand Rapids (Would recommend booking well ahead of your arrival if you want a pontoon). Nice living space for games/meals together. Water access w/ dock for your rental. We're not golfers but you're right on the course if you are. The property is off the beated path which we enjoyed (others might find the 30 min drive to restraunt open for dinner a pain). Owner was very responsive to questions and upfront info.

It was a quick trip so we didnā€™t get to experience the surroundings. I went for a walk on the path and it was very nice. I wasnā€™t able to find the access point to the water and I had to go to google maps to find where the pool was located. The area could use better signage. This property was perfect for what I needed.
